The location itself is nice due to the tranquility, but it is not close to the metro center. A little slow down paced town to easy off the soul. Yet, the transportation system is convenient to bring you back and forth to the City center as you like. It's so close to the airport, and that's the reason I chose this place. You may spend the whole day in down town to play around, and then feel no concern to catch a morning flight. It costs like less than 20 Euro to Uber to the airport.

L'hôtel est bien placé et très accessible, le long d'un axe routier sur la route entre Madrid et Ségovie à moins d'une heure de Madrid au pied des collines et non loin des stations de ski. Tout est fonctionnel, les chambres sont confortables et de bonnes dimension, et calmes malgré la proximité de la route, il y a un grand parking. Cela n'est pas un hôtel de charme, mais le rapport qualité/ prix est bon, il n'y a rien à redire.

The hotel is classic and full of beautiful decoration. The room is big and modern design, the bed is comfort, the view of window is wonderful with free garden. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choice. The staffs are friendly and helpful. when the day check in was strike of Madrid train. The staff of hotel gave me alternative option to took bus to El Escorial. here thank you again for lady receptionist.The surrounding and location is so easy to the town, just 2 minutes to monastery and autobus terminal.

I ve faced with a Terrible staff at the reception. We are a family with 2 kids . We get 2 rooms. We have arrived to the hotel after dinner. One of the keys did not work . I took it and take it to the lady at the reception and asked politely to assign the key again. She checked and with a sullen face said that”this is the other rooms key” . Altough we have already checked the other room as well, I said ok, go back and try once more, it still did not work. Than turn back to the reception again. There were two customers waiting Infront of the reception. I apologized them and said to the lady that this key does not work. She said that ,with a face and a voice , as if she is an angry and ugly faced teacher that will give a stick! , ”You have to wait before these customers”. She tried to command. Despite I apologize to the people waiting Infront of the desk and my kids was sleeping on our shoulder, we had this disservice. One worker may not reflect an establishment`s manner , however this terrible and unacceptable service is the hotel's fault. A customer is the most important value of an establishment , and everybody work for have to know that. As a result ”She hit the wrong stone !

Es una buena opción a muy buen precio. No tiene nada especial, pero cubre la necesidades de un alojamiento de paso en el que descansar: amplio, cómodo y silencioso. El baño era bastante nuevo y muy amplio. El servicio correcto. Tiene parking incluido en el precio (aunque hay bastante aparcamiento gratuito en la zona) y ofrecen desayunos (cajitas que te suben a la habitación). Una buena opción en la zona.

Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.

Chambre gigantesque mais sans bouilloire, ni plateau de courtoisie . Salle de bain avec bain à remous (très bruyant car assez âgé je pense) Canapé lit dans la chambre (système express) mais malheureusement,il a du y avoir des tentatives d'ouverture a l'ancienne donc aucun coussin n'était correctement mis (du coup, le canapé était inconfortable en assise simple) Literie de très bonne qualité. Insonorisation extérieure de la chambre insuffisante (3eme étage, côté autoroute). Petit déjeuner copieux et bien fourni. Ça reste un très bon rapport qualité prix mais il faut surement tomber sur la ”bonne” chambre.

PPengguna TetamuWe visited the restaurant of the hotel on a not so busy evening of May, this is the experience my family and I had - They were quick on assigning us a table, the person who received us, quite kind and efficient - After waiting for 15 mins or so, there was no sight of someone to bring or tell us the menu, we had to go to the nearest table for the carte. - When the waitress arrived, we ordered some eggs me sandwiches, she took note and left. After some time she came back with one plate, we would’ve shared of said plate if on the table was any cutlery, we weren’t served forks, knifes or napkins, so we had to ask her for them, it again took time 👌🏻 - The eggs were served with some chips that appeared burnt and after waiting some more time, about 30 mins, no other plate was on our table. We then had to ask for clean glasses and I asked for my sandwich to be cancelled, seeing that it was taking so long. - After that, we tried the eggs, which were not so good, we asked to cancel the other eggs and to bring instead another sandwich. The waitress was loosing her patience, told us that it was a problem from the kitchen’s side, that she only served and that’s it. In my humble opinion, when in teams, it doesn’t cut it to criticise your own people, it’s about unity to provide the best service and have a good working environment. - I took a quick trip to the bathroom, wasn’t able to use it tho. There were four stalls and a baby changing table, the floor was sticky, there was piss in some WC and dirty paper over the table. - When I arrived back, we asked to speak with someone who wasn’t so irritated at our requests, the person who attended us was extremely polite and that’s one of her reasons our experience here was not a total disaster. We cancelled everything except the water and waited for the note. -Since no one came to tell us what to pay, we stood up and went to the nearest waiter to ask for it. He asked his colleague for it, the waitress that had attended us was visibly angry and tried to debate the issues we had. A scene was about to begin when the manager stepped in and tried to ease tensions, he succeeded but the waitress answered in a very poorly mannered way. - We were invited to the water by the manager and he apologised profusely. They’ve had issues since the afternoon since one of their teammates fell doing laundry. Im taking some time into writing this review because truly this experience was not the best, if I were to read this review I would guess it’s from a motel or small restaurant, yet this is supposed to be a renowned place. Sadly dissatisfied and disappointed to be honest, we hope change comes to this lovely 19th century building.

PPengguna TetamuSinceramente, todo lo relacionado con este hotel estuvo mal, excepto las camas, que eran muy cómodas. Las paredes son de papel y se puede escuchar a los vecinos absolutamente todo. La señora de la limpieza a las 9:00 abrió la puerta y nos dijo que le habían dicho que ya habíamos salido. El checkout era a las 12. No solo nos despertó, invadió nuestra intimidad y se puso a conversar con nosotros sobre lo que le habían dicho, estando nosotros aun en la cama, en vez de disculp**** y salir. No, no se disculpó en ningún momento. Por último el restaurante... Si quieres comer allí lleva almax, porque si no serás incapaz de dormir. Comida muy grasienta y el servicio, aunque atento, deja bastante que desear.

PPengguna TetamuSi estás pensando en pasar la noche aquí, solo te digo que las colinas tienen ojos se inspiró en este hotel para dar MIEDO. Las paredes son más finas que una pija en un restaurante y la paleta de colores parece sacada de una película de Nolan. He dormido en MOTELES mejor que este sitio, y las habitaciones son un completo despropósito. El espacio es mínimo y el baño parece de los mundos de Coraline. NO HAY SECADOR, POR DIOS, y la comida es como padre de familia, muy reciclada. El único punto favorable es que tiene un patio que más o menos es agradable. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, prefiero mil veces ir a Fuenlabrada que a esta bazofia. Un malgasto de dinero.
