Five stars. All went well I needed the laundry receipt and they delayed it for hole week . Until I reached haylene Fernanda and she solved it. The breakfast and the people working there are lovely very good food and a lot of options. The cakes are a different chapter, always delicious and a huge variety. Wish to go back soon

We would spend one night in the ‘Presidential Suite’ at this newly built hotel. The room was enchanting; however, a few short comings would impact what was other wise a great stay Exiting the elevator, the hallways lights are set to automatically light via the hallway motion detector, however this was out of order leaving us to navigate a darkened hallway. Next looking for our room number via cell phone lighting we came to the end of our hallway and did not see our room number The presidential suite located at the end of the hallway does not have a room number or room name beside the door which attempting to locate in total darkness is challenging! We found the room inviting, spacious and nicely appointed with a desk, table and two chairs, great lighting and notably comfortable. A bit of a negative was having no towel hooks or a towel rack in the vicinity of the shower, meaning we needed to either walk across the bathroom dripping wet or pick-up our towels off the floor after a shower As a positive the staffs are friendly, helpful and personable and can communicate in English. The breakfast buffet opened at 5:00 AM and offered a nice assortment of fruits and hot foods. There is a free shuttle to the airport which is operated by friendly helpful attendants! A great place to stay near the airport!

Passei 1 semana no hotel a trabalho. O hotel é razoável, os quartos parecem ser antigos, falta manutenção principalmente no banheiro. O chuveiro molhava tudo menos quem tomava banho, bem desregulado, não tinha como tomar banho e não lavar o cabelo. A limpeza dos quartos e dependências do hotel eram boas. Achei o café da manhã excelente porém todos os dias que passei lá foi a mesma coisa, deveriam variar. O barulho externo era grande, quase a noite toda se ouvia carros e motos circulando pois o hotel fica numa avenida mega movimentada. O barulho interno tbm incomodava, não sei se de hóspedes ou funcionários. Não sei se me hospedaria novamente lá!

Chegamos em horário incomum e bem recebidos. Quarto agradável,limpo com essencial para cuidado e higiene , com roupas de camas limpas e cheirosas, vista otima para o jardim e piscina. O pequeno-almoço é excelente. Recepção eficaz. Recomendo pra curtas e longas estadias.

Staff stand out as being really great, I had an injured foot and they helped me with everything I asked for and were very friendly. Gym is really well equiped. Food is good. Rooms are slightly dated, sheets are ok but not luxury quality, bed is comfortable. Pool area is clean and comfortable. Would have been good to have a staff member at the pool area to buy drinks and order food from, but I eventually found someone to help. Also can only buy very small water bottles which is a waste of plastic, the hotel should have 1.5l bottles available to purchase. There is no ventilation in the hallways so it is very uncomfortable waiting for an elevator (there are only 2 for a 12 floor building so there can be a long wait).

VValeriaValeryUma boa opção em Cuiabá. O hotel tem funcionários super gentis e educados, sendo este o seu maior ponto forte. O café da manhã é variado e o wifi funciona bem. No quarto, tudo estava limpo nas duas vezes em que me hospedei. Trata-se de um hotel simples e um pouco antigo, mas a manutenção estava em dia e tudo funcionando. O quarto tem janelas anti-ruído. De dentro, porém, dá para ouvir tudo dos outros quartos (peguei vizinhos mal educados e barulhentos). O chuveiro estava bom e o ar condicionado também (mas não é split, portanto, faz um pouco de barulho). Ah, e eles deixam chá gelado com pão de queijo disponíveis no lobby, após 17:30h. Como sugestão, indico talvez trocar alguns dos lençóis, pois um deles tinha um pequeno rasgo, e também colocar cofre nos quartos. E, se possível, modernizar o interior dos quartos.

Por 7 anos me hospedei neste hotel. Tanto particular como empresarial. Porem nesta ultima estadia a experiencia com a familia foi pessima. Reservei um quarto Master casal, da ala nova. Quando cheguei fui informado de que o quarto estava interditado. Fui direcionado a um quarto standart, pois nao tinha mais opcoes. Como se nao bastasse no frio de 17º, eu, esposa e filhas tivemos que tomar banho gelado, pois no quarto a agua nao esquentava. Fui ate a recepção e a solução dada foi deixar a torneira aberta ate esquentar. Esperei por mais de 20 minutos e nada. 👎. Total descaso com o cliente. De manha, ao fazer checkout, deparei-me com outra funcionária, e esta informou que o atendente anterior nao alterou a tarifa, e estava me cobrando o valor do quarto master. Mais um total desrespeito e descaso com o cliente. Infelizmente foi a ultima vez que pisei neste hotel.

SSeaside35865027912Fiz a reserva pela ******* , infelizmente errei a data, fiz de 21/03 a 22/03 , na realidade seria de 20/03 a 21/03 , fiz 2 reservas , para mim e um amigo , paguei ambas … ao chegar constatamos o erro , disseram que não poderiam trocar as datas, paguei as duas reservas tarifas balcão; Fiz contato com a ******* que por três tentativas junto ao setor de reservas afim de cancelar ambas relatando ocorrido afim que fosse me reembolsado… O hotel ciente de todo corrido dos fatos , NÃO REALIZOU OS CANCELAMENTOS E TÃO POUCO OS REEMBOLSOS!!!!! tire suas próprias conclusões!!! Obrigado
