Our stay at the Vieques Guest House was exceptional. This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico and Vieques and we are really happy that we ended up at the guest house. Amanda is a fantastic host and from the moment we arrived gave us an overview of the island, its beaches, hikes, and other recommendations. We stayed for four nights and the guest house provided a warm and comfortable environment to wake up each morning and come back to each night. It was really nice getting to know the staff over breakfast and coffee each morning. Speaking of breakfast ..... chef Stephanie is amazing! Her cooking got us off to a great start each morning. Glo, who works the counter at breakfast also gave us helpful tips about the island, including the local spots to check out. Chatting with Glo and running into her around Esperanza throughout the week made us feel at home. The location was perfect, we could easily walk to all the bars and restaurants and several beaches, yet it was just far enough away that it was calm and peaceful at night. We rented a golf cart from UTV rentals for our trip and were to able to park it in the lot right across from the guest house, which made coming and going a breeze. The fresh beach towels and stopping in for coffee in the late afternoons was a nice bonus. There is a grocery store / market within a 5 minute walk that had everything we needed, and having fridge & freezer in the room allowed us to stock up for our beach excursions for the week. We spent our last two nights in Vieques on the north side of the island, which was a great experience and beautiful. Yet, we kept saying that we wished we had stayed put at the guest house for the entire stay on the island. We cannot wait to come back and stay at the Vieques Guest House again!

JJavier GarcesMamacitas es un lugar que en este momento se encuentra en remodelación, es una de las mejores ubicaciones de la Isla, la habitación amplia, aire acondicionad, muy limpia y en muy buen estado (parece que fue remodelada recientemente). La escalera de acceso deberían mejorarla para el subir y bajar de maletas. La atención en la recepción es muy amable. Nosotros tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer varios lugares de la isla Culebra y pienso que al terminar la remodelación de la terraza/bar/restaurant, será uno de los mejores lugares de la isla.
