地理位置好，環境好，衞生好，服務周到熱情，為辦玻利維亞簽證，需要打印資料，全部幫助完成。早餐品種不多，但可口精緻。飲料很多品種。熱水也好。前台有熱水提供，玩回來口喝，特方便。特別推薦一下。

酒店的房間有暖氣，很暖和。前台的大廳可以悠閑喝茶。 配有coca茶等茶葉，開水無限供應。離武器廣場步行10分鐘。方便。鬧中有靜。贊👍🏻

Had a very great time and experience with this hotel. All the staff was very nice and attentive to any of our needs and was also helpful in recommending good restaurants and places to see. We also had breakfast included every morning and our rooms clean once we got back from our days exploring. Will be recommending this hotel to anyone who asks me about my experience in Cusco!

Very great experience, all the staff was very nice and accommodating. We had breakfast included every morning and a clean bed and room every night once we were back from all of our excursions. Recommend it for anyone looking to have a pleasant trip in Cusco.

Our room was very clean and the views were gorgeous. The service was excellent. We really enjoyed breakfast, which had different choices: fruits, vegetables, eggs, meat, cakes, cereals, a variety of breads, coffee, teas, juices… Aldo, staff made us feel at home.

I have been in Peru for 13 days and stayed here for two days at the beginning of my trip and 2 days after. I had my best sleep at this establishment. The rooms were clean and had wonderful views of the city. The cleaning and breakfast staff were very friendly. Edgar was fantastic and helped me with all of my needs during the day. His partner Yohan was also very helpful. In the evening hours Manlux was able to provide recommendations for places to eat as well as address any needs. Thanks so much to this team!

Excellent service with the receptionists and other helpful staff. Great breakfast and views of the city. Nice location in a small neighborhood a few blocks up from the Plaza de Armas. Casa Andina is always a great choice….Wish we could stay longer!

Very attentive and customer service was top class from Samuel. He always asked us if we needed anything and was extremely polite. Manuel the chef made us omelettes every day fresh with a smile. Would definitely come here again if i visit cusco.

I feel cheated, we had our laundry washed. Where in other and better hotels it costs 7-8 kg sol. We paid 302 soles for 4 kg of laundry. They didn't let us know, they didn't speak English well. They copied our passport 5 times, payment only in advance. A big disrespect to the guests. We tried 2 other hotels in Cusco that were more expensive and they didn't treat us like that.
