Hotel Kolam air panas di Da Nang

11月に2度目の宿泊をしました。 1度目に泊まった際に、ホテル自体の綺麗さ食事の美味しさはもちもんですが、スタッフの方々のホスピタリティが素晴らし過ぎて今回も宿泊させて頂きました。 予約を取る前から色々とお尋ねさせて頂いたにも関わらず、とても丁寧に対応して下さりました。 また宿泊時もこちらの要望に常に柔軟に対応して下さったり、すれ違う都度笑顔で声をかけて下さったり、本当に素晴らしいホテルでした。 また日本人のスタッフさん、日本語が話せるベトナム人のスタッフさんがいらっしゃるので不安に思うことが全くなかったです。 3度目も必ず宿泊したいと思うホテルでした！

4 days 3 nights in Sea view room. Hotel has amazing location with beautiful sea view access across the main road. Firstly I want to notice was staff, they are one of the most cute and friendly that I have met in my travel years. Secondly to say was room: clean and comfortable, well maintain, modern and lovely decor,... Swimming pool at 20 floor, it really nice, you can see all the city from there. Everything really excellent. We had great stay in Belle Maison. We want to highly recommended to everyone for stay here... I can't wait for stay here

The hotel reception did not gave too much support and wrong information above the infinitive pool so we visit the pool without the permission to go in. The top infinitive pool is very good at the top floor to see around the city. The booking with kids and charged for additional fee. The room did not provide the Kids toothbrush and the flip flops and calling front desk also said no Kids stuff can be provide. The WiFi is not good. The swimming pool is big and nice, the kids can play for 6 hours inside and outside the the water park and enjoying a lot there.

At arrival, you served with welcome drinks and cold towel at check in. Our room is spacious with garden view and access to the garden through the sliding door. Bathroom filled with complimentary toiletries, a bath, a wet room and an automatic toilet seat (the fancy one with bidet). We had a super king size bed and it was SO COMFORTABLE. We took the advantage to upgraded to the all inclusive due to the rainy weather. And that’s was the best value ever. With the all inclusive, we had 2 x 60 minutes daily spa treatment. The use of the in-house Onsen hot spring. A good selection of cuisines at the restaurant and they all delicious. The staff at this hotel are ever so helpful and friendly. They always try their best to help. The mini bar filled daily with beers, soft drinks and water. They are happy to refill this at request. The pool and its view are stunning. Unlike any big hotel, we don’t feel being process here. We had an amazing stay. We will definitely stay again when we return to Da Nang.

This hotel is great and use of the waterpark and hot springs and dinosaur park and gardens it really is amazing would stay again would be great with kids or grandkids, so much to see would stay for 4 nights next time 2 not enough. So much beauty and fun, staff could learn more English or is more Vietnamese but it’s fabulous
