Disappointing Stay with a great sea view My experience at this hotel was one of the most disappointing in terms of value for money during my time in Vietnam. Cons: - Overpriced: The room rate is significantly higher than what you’d expect for the quality and location. - Cleanliness issues: There was noticeable dust in the room, which was unexpected for a hotel in this price range. - Expensive in-room amenities: The cost of bottled water in the room was the highest I’ve encountered in Vietnam, and the complimentary bottles provided were disappointingly small. Pros: - Stunning view: The room offered a beautiful view, which was a definite highlight of my stay. Final Thoughts: While the view was enjoyable, the overall experience did not justify the cost. I’d recommend looking for a **more centrally located hotel** to avoid the inconvenience of being far from the city center and to get better value for your money.

The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony view of Da Nang and its beach. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I'd happily stay here again.

I stayed at The Code Hotel & Spa in Da Nang and was quite disappointed overall. While the hotel markets itself as a 4-star property with a rooftop infinity pool, sky bar, and ocean views, my experience fell well short in several key areas. Location: 0/10 for convenience. It’s located on Hoang Sa Street in the Tho Quang / Son Tra area, near Man Thai Beach (a quieter, less developed stretch compared to central My Khe). It’s far from downtown Da Nang – expect 15–30 minutes by taxi depending on traffic, with very little within walking distance. No nearby restaurants, shops, or nightlife. If you arrive late at night (as I did), you’re basically stuck – no options for food or anything else nearby. Great if you’re seeking total isolation, but terrible if you want to explore the city easily. Cleanliness: This was the biggest issue – a very big problem. The room felt neglected. When I moved the bed slightly, an AirPod fell underneath and landed in thick dust and grime that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was visible hair scattered on the floor throughout my stay, and the towel I placed in front of the shower wasn’t replaced once during my entire visit. The couch was also dirty and stained. These are basic housekeeping failures that shouldn’t happen in any hotel, let alone one claiming 4 stars. Amenities and other aspects: Breakfast was the one decent highlight – good variety and fresh options most days. The reception staff were genuinely kind and helpful, which was appreciated. The rooftop pool and views are nice in theory, but I didn’t use them much due to other issues. This doesn’t feel like a true 4-star hotel. I’d generously rate it a 6/10 at best, mainly because of the friendly staff and okay breakfast. If cleanliness, location convenience, and reliable maintenance matter to you, I’d look elsewhere – perhaps closer to central My Khe or the Han River area for better value and fewer surprises. Hope this helps others avoid similar frustrations!

I loveeee this place soooo much. The service, foods, room type are perfect for travellers who want to make the most out of Danang as its location is near Lady Buddha, Danang beach, and etc.

Very nice and clean restaurant. Seconds from beach. Everything is close by cab. Clean rooms, roof top pool with food and drinks. Friendly staff. Recommended

Love the warmth this place gave me, enough for winter. The staffs are also very helpful even during holidays.

We booked the Premier Deluxe Double Room. The Balcony that is showing up on the website is truly deceiving. On arrival, it was not a balcony, it was more of a standing ledge for u to see the sea and sun. The rest of the amenities was good.

Nice hotel overall. The bar upstairs serves good drinks by the pool.

Actually very nice to stay .Directed more for Asian tourists.Staff kind and always happy to help,very clean,close to sea.You can rent scooters and book tours.Breakfast on but more local than continental-very basic.Fitness room environment needs to be fixed- bikes/treadmill,you need to be careful when you using it.But still I’m recommending this hotel to stay.Julija

Nice stylish hotel. Friendly stuff. Location is a bit outside. But they have scooter to rent. Gym was realy simple. Super nice rooftop bar and infinity pool

A beautiful, stylish hotel in Da Nang, within easy reach of the city center by taxi, good breakfasts, a pool with a beautiful view, and nice rooms.

Staying at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel environment is elegant, surrounded by greenery, like being in a tranquil oasis. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and breathtaking views from the windows. The beds are soft and comfortable, allowing me to get plenty of rest after a tiring journey. The staff are friendly and always smiling, making me feel very welcome. Whether for business trips or leisure vacations, this is an excellent choice.

Clean and smelling nice, the reception staff and everyone else were very helpful and their service was excellent. The beach is less than a minute's walk from the hotel. The hotel is far from the city center but very close to the airport beach, about 30 minutes away. The bed is comfortable. The room is spacious. The breakfast buffet has a variety of options, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any halal food except for eggs, honey, toast, and fruit.
