Ulasan Roliva Hotel & Apartment Danang

Recommend this economical hotel. Hotel staff was polite and helpful. Room hygiene is good. They have a pool on 15/F. Breakfast on 2/F, they don’t have a variety of breakfast choices, but enough to make your stomach full. One thing to judge is that I booked a deluxe room with sea view, but actually the room can only see urban view through a very small window.

This is a budget hotel that is rather old and rundown. Booked for 3 king beds but was informed that the room’s AC is not working so gave us an upgrade of city view with 2 king beds. The room is spacious, clean and had the basic amenities such as tooth brushes, bedroom slippers and complimentary water. The room is not sound proof! We could barely sleep with the heavy traffic noises that goes all the way up to 4am! Not to mention that it is next to a local eatery which can be quite crowded with locals and there will be karaoke sessions nightly. The breakfast selection was limited and not much choices for vegans and Muslim travelers. The pool was so run down with murky water and abandoned broken deck chairs all around the rooftop pool area. The location of the hotel is far from the beach and not much eateries nearby. There is a mini mart that you can buy daily supplies like water and snacks. It’s quite close to Vincom mall and Son Tra Night market. Was expecting more from this hotel after reading the reviews. Not recommended for fussy!

It was friendly and nice. The kids loved it. Since it's close to the city center, it was easy to get Grab delivery. The breakfast was average. Because it was so cheap, I didn't have high expectations, but the kids loved the rooftop pool. The front desk staff was friendly. The air conditioning was weak, but it cooled down after an hour. I recommend it for those looking to enjoy the sights of Da Nang on a budget. Lots of locals frequent it, and the location is convenient for getting around, so I highly recommend it.

The overall environment of the room is average. There is a lady wearing glasses at the front desk. Her service attitude is not good and she is a bit discriminatory towards Chinese people.

At this price, you can't ask for anything more. The overall environment is clean and the room is big. The location is moderate.

Nice hotel, renovated rooms. Convenient location close to a shopping center. Breakfast let down. Since there were few people in the hotel, although we came to celebrate the Vietnamese New Year, breakfast was prepared individually, which meant no choice. Overall I recommend the hotel.
