Service was top-notch. Everything was very smooth. Only issue is that the resort is quite a distance from everything else in Da Nang. But, this is easily overcome considering how cheap Grab rides are. The room was huge and very comfortable. with more than enough space for a family of 4 or 5. The view is fantastic. Waking up to the sun rising over the ocean is a core memory for sure. Lots for kids to do with the kids club and arcade. Breakfast was amazing! The gym was decent but a bit small but the whole fitness area with plunge pool was lovely. Easy to book a buggy ride if you are too lazy to walk. Spa was reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard! Overall, a fantastic stay and will definitely do it again!

I stayed in a front ocean view room. There was no hot water, and it rained heavily, so water came in through the window. Plus, as you can see in the photo, a light bulb broke. The Wi-Fi was so slow it was unusable. The buggy took over 30 minutes to arrive. I don't understand how this is supposed to be a premium accommodation. 프론트오션뷰에 묵엇습니다. 뜨거운 물은 안나오고 비가 많이 오니 창문으로 물이 들어왔어요. 게다가 사진에서 보이는 것 처럼 전구가 떨어졌어요. 와이파이는 너무 느려서 쓸수가 없습니다. 버기카는 부르면 30분이 넘어야 옵니다. 이게 무슨 프리미엄 숙소인지 이해가 안가네요.

Beware if you are a Club Guest and Check-Out Time is 11 AM at This Property I stayed here recently and unfortunately there are several things that made the experience disappointing especially for club guests. What I Didn’t Like • Breakfast restriction: One of the biggest letdowns was that breakfast for club guests was only available at the club lounge. Most hotels usually give you the option to choose between the main restaurant (with wider selection) or the lounge. Here, that flexibility was missing. • Early check-out: The hotel enforces an 11:00 AM check-out time, which feels earlier than many other comparable properties. • Outdated TV: The in-room TV is very old only analog channels, no smart features, no streaming options, and you can’t even connect your smartphone. For a resort-level property, this was quite disappointing. What I Liked • Nice beach: The beachfront area is genuinely beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. • Friendly staff: The staff were attentive, polite, and did their best to make up for the shortcomings.

Very nice hotel, i like the beach and sunrise. I can see I can see the sunrise from my room balcony. The hotel breakfast has many variety of foods. Staff very polite and helpful.

My friend and I had an absolute blast at Hyatt! The location was perfect, just a couple mins drive from downtown but secluded enough. The atmosphere was just right, and allowed us to relax. If I had to nitpick, the breakfast could have more food options considering that its 5 stars, it was the same food options everyday.

Everything was great overall. I particularly enjoyed the sea views, and my kids absolutely loved playing in the water. My only minor complaints would be the limited breakfast selection, which was mostly carbohydrates, and the lack of convenient dining options.

This resort is just perfect! They have a private beach and you can just spend you whole day at the beach club. Their food is also amazing. We had the club access and the pho there blown my mind away (didn’t expect that was sooooo tasty). We also played golf, tennis, and beach volleyball. My boyfriend and I had a really good time here.

Beachfront location, though a bit far from the city center. Service was good. When traveling in Vietnam, don't forget to drink plenty of coconut water – it's great for staying hydrated, cooling down, and is also believed to have anti-inflammatory properties. Aim for at least two a day!

Dear Management Team, I am writing to share my experience during a two-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa. While the overall ambiance of the resort is pleasant, there are a few areas that I believe require attention to enhance the guest experience. The room facilities appeared outdated, which slightly detracted from the comfort we expected. On the second night, my husband and I experienced skin irritation while sleeping, which we initially thought was due to excessive sun exposure or dry skin. After showering and applying moisturizer, the itching persisted upon returning to bed. This occurred around 3 AM, and to avoid further disturbance, we used bathroom towels as bedding. The next morning, we noticed no further irritation, strongly suggesting an issue with the bed linens or bedding. Additionally, we observed visible stains on the pillows and some marks on the fabric sofa in the room, which added to our concerns about cleanliness. Regarding dining, we visited two of the three breakfast restaurants. In one, we were seated at a fabric sofa that had noticeable stains from spilled food. I informed the waiter about the unhygienic condition, but with the restaurant being busy and limited seating available, I requested an extra napkin to place under me as a temporary solution. This experience was disappointing, as cleanliness in dining areas is crucial for guest comfort. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we believe addressing these issues—particularly the cleanliness of bedding and furniture—would greatly improve the guest experience. Ocean view club room has a good view of the sea and pool but I have been to countless club access rooms at many other hotels and this is the first time I encountered club guest only allow to have bf at the club lounge and not at their other breakfast restaurants. Quite disappointed with that. Location wise is not at the main my khe area but not far off. The private beach area is nice and too

Staffs are so nice and helpful. Everytime they will take the grab food for me to my room. Beautiful beach and clean environment.

Just too good, excellent breakfast choices, resort itself is big and fun enough to explore on its own for couple of days, clean private beach, staffs are super friendly, many classes to sign up for free Only downside: ~15mins ride from city center and my khe beach (but it's very easy and affordable to just get a grab)

We had an awesome experience during our stay at Hyatt Danang. The place is so nice, the food is great. Hoping to go visit it again soon.
