"The most outstanding is the location. It is the only one hotel on Ba na hills so if you need to experience the night scene there and enjoy the golden bridge in the morning. It is very recommened.
You can go up with ”Mercure station cable bar” with has a stunning scenery and not too crowed. The staff will help to carry the lugguege from the downsite to cable car and from the upsite cable car to the hotel reception.
So if you pay for this price , don't miss this benefit!
Hotel decoration is stunning with the French style .. of course it is on Ba na hills. !
The rest is ...under standard of the 5 stars hotel.
It is a very plain room comes with standard equipments. Nothing is impressive.
It is clean but not sparking clean. Breakfast is excellent with its taste.
Personally if it is not the only one hotel in Banahills, I would not consider to stay with this price."

"Kepuasan perkhidmatan adalah tinggi. Agak mengecewakan bahawa masa perkhidmatan mengambil dan menghantar di hotel-lapangan terbang ditetapkan, tetapi ia bagus. Kebanyakan kemudahan adalah 24 jam, yang bagus. Makanan berubah sedikit setiap hari, tetapi tidak ada banyak jenis. Rasanya biasa-biasa sahaja. Walaupun kemudahannya tidak begitu pelbagai, kebanyakannya tersedia jika anda memintanya. Jubah atau selipar disediakan. Agak mengecewakan kerana tiada tab mandi. Api tidak boleh dipadamkan sekaligus di tepi katil. Manual langsir. Pemandangan laut adalah baik. Hanya ada bilik tanpa beranda dan tidak besar sangat. (Terbaik antara hotel 4 bintang)"

브릴리언트 마제스틱 호텔과 브릴리언트 다낭 호텔은 완전 급이 다른 호텔이라는 것을 현지 도착해서 알게되었음. 주의가 필요함.
브릴리어트 마제스틱 호텔은 조식을 운영하지 않으며, 카운터의 여성분은 내가 본 베트남 직원들 중 최고로 불친절하였음. 시설은 깨끗하나 객실이 너무 좁아 2명만 사용하는것이 바람직함. 위치는 해변 부근이라 주위에 식당, 술집등은 있음. 다만 한시장, 롯데마트 등은 택시로 이용하면 크게 불편한 점은 없음
브릴리언트 다낭호텔과는 완전 별개의 호텔이니 다시 확인하고 예약하길 바람."

"Perfect hotel; you get a lot of value from what you pay. walk 5 min. to beutyful beach, clean room, providing everything from hair drier, comb, tooth brush, paste to slippers and water bottles, coffee. Lot of receptionists in Danang hotels don't speak English, but I dealt mainly with Thanh and Hau; both spoke English and assisted me with lot of things while I stayed 6 nights at this hotel. I had a back room, so it was quite at night. I had warm water for showers (they even provided shower caps) and A/C worked well. TV had lots of channels; there's also small fridge in the room. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I ever visited Danang again from Thailand"

left my heart at this place and defo a place I called home when in Da Nang.
stayed there for too many nights and will stay many more nights when I go back to DN. From the first day I checked in, the lobby and resort is just GRAND and BEAUTIFUL. huge lobby with carefully chosen design and immediately I can feel the warm service feeling and incredible stay. there are too many things I LOVE about this place and I will break it down carefully.
ROOM; stayed in 4 different rooms from their elite deluxe, junior king, and their Santorini suite. and my favorite defo the one by the pool area, the room was huge and smelled so good, bed, OH MY GOD! one of the comfiest beds Ive ever slept in. I had such good naps and night sleep. The temperature was very comfortable and the fan was a plus during hot days. amenities were sufficient from toiletries to fridge, tea, and coffee, and the supplies were always replenished daily.
POOL; AMAZING! Another best part about this resort is the pool is huge and comfortable water temp. my morning laps and afternoon dips are just LOVELY!
MEALS; The morning breakfast was a spread of goodness options and selections from Western (bread, butter, bacon, eggs, and pastry) to Asian and Vietnamese locals. I've tried everything and it was oh-so delicious. the Saigon coffee was defo a slap!
* the elixir bar by the pool also serves nice cocktails, ice-cold beers, and lunch/dinner service (yes! i spent too much time in the resort and doesn't really go out haha)
SERVICE: Risemount premier team, let me do a shout-out and the deepest gratitude from my heart for all the great things you've done for me during my stay. I was terribly ill during my first week but I was well taken care of, and you guys too celebrated my birthday on this trip, it was so special and heartwarming. Miss Lieu (i miss you and thank you for you) the F&B manager and his team, the room division team (FO, concierge, HK, SEC) basically everyone was just incredible. you are all the faces of the great service hospitality industry. service was warm, kind, polite, and just *chef's kiss. thank you, thank you, thank you.
If I may give a little feedback it would be that the drinking water supply daily in the room was not enough for the all-year warm weather in Vietnam. I have always needed to ask more and it is okay to charge for the extra price but there were 2 times I requested more water; the answer from the receptionist repeatedly was that the water bottle gaven only 2 bottles a day (it was tiny bottle) and if we would like more that it is not free and sadly my request by phone was not met, waited for half an hour and had to walk to the lobby to personally asked about more water and yes you can charge me for it, Another hiccup would be that the sound insulation is quite poor, you really need to find and choose quieter room if you are noise sensitive.
BUT, ALL IN ALL, I think I've said more than enough about my pleasant stay with Risemount Premier in general, and I can not wait to go back home :))

남남주Lokasi yang baik, sarapan berubah setiap hari, dan keadaan bilik yang baik. Tidak mengapa
Kolam renang mempunyai rasa terbuka dan kakitangan semua ramah.
Terdapat pasar malam kecil di belakang hotel dan pasar raya berdekatan, jadi ia adalah mudah untuk digunakan dengan harga sekitar 3,500 won untuk kebanyakan jarak.
Saya rasa saya akan pergi lagi lain kali.

Some of the highlights:
- Our twin room (cheapest option) got upgraded to a room with sea view 🤩. It was the first time ever we got an upgrade and we were so grateful. It was lovely to have a balcony looking out over the beach and sea, listening to the waves. In a twin room they allow you to have two kids (as well as two adults) as long as they fit in the beds. The beds are 1.20 wide, so that was no problem for us. It made it a very affordable option! The beds were very comfortable. We also loved having a fridge, a very hot and spacious shower and robes. The room was cleaned very well every day. We also received new towels, water and tea/coffee every day.
- The staff was so friendly, helpful and smiley. Whether it was at reception, at breakfast, cleaning staff, staff in the rooftop bar or in the swimming pool: everyone was just great! After only one day they recognised us. Special thanks to Thao who answered all my questions before booking and Josh who was always there to help us at reception. He even helped me to print some travel documents before leaving.
- We LOVE the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. We spend so much time there during our stay. The pool is shaded so we never had to worry about sunscreen for the kids. There were lovely benches to relax on and big fluffy towels (no need to bring any).
- Breakfast! Basically everything you can possibly think of is available! There is a huge buffet, but you can also order from a menu (which the kids loved, because there were pancakes, waffles and french toast on it). We really appreciated the long breakfast hours (6.30-10.30 and in weekend 6.30-11.00). Its nice just taking your time and being able to have another coffee with a pastry after breakfast. And as a Dutch person I especially appreciated the available cheeses 🧀.
- We loved it that everything was so new in the hotel and the style is very cool. Lots of art to look at. The lobby is very spacious with lots of seating options and there is always cold water, popcorn and some fresh fruits available for guests. There are 3 lifts and we never had to wait long to get in.
- The gym is great (according to my husband 😆).
Some small points of improvement
- The hot tub has quite a lot of sand inside and should be cleaned more often.
- Our room cards got deactivated a few times which meant we had to go to reception before we could enter our room.
- One day the room wasn’t cleaned, but we asked around 16.30 and it was solved straight away.
- We had dinner at the rooftop bar one night and the food and staff was great, but there aren’t many options to sit/eat comfortably with kids. I think there used to be a restaurant on another floor with more traditional seating, but I don’t think it was open when we were there.
Highly recommend staying at Radisson Red! And make sure to include breakfast, it’s totally worth it. We booked on Trip.com (which was the cheapest I could find after comparing all platforms) and thought we got great value for money!

JJan DarrThe service at Fivitel King in Da Nang is seamless. The staff from the reception area, catering and cleaning are all so friendly and will always acknowledge you.
The roof top bar with its panoramic views and the two pools is simply a great place to make friends or spend time out and recover from the sightseeing in Da Nang.
The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all a traveller would need.
The breakfasts provide a wide variety of Asian and western foods. Again the staff are on the ball and so very helpful.

LLivelifelahThis hotel was perfect location wise and just a 5 minutes walk to MyKhe beach!!! Surrounded by plenty of cafes and eateries including the famous Bikini Bottom Express …. I really loved it here… and my room came with an almost balcony and a gorgeous clawed bathtub!!!!! It was really cosy and clean and then front office was helpful

HHerriesLocation was great (is located at foreigner area, many western food nearby, near to beach, convenient store just nearby). Local food and coffee cafe is about 1.5km away. Many nice Vietnam coffee and local food stores there. Room is ok for us - comfortable. Staffs service was good - at late night they get me extra floor towel / at restaurant they served us with different breakfast eggs.

Vvale92This hotel is lovely! In the outskirts of the city, but not too far away from it, it has a private beach with white sand and an awesome view. Their breakfast is rich and varied and their restaurant offers all-day dining service. They also offers tours to the nearby landmarks and attractions if needed. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to fully relax and enjoy a beach holiday.

KKateshokurovaIt’s very good for the price. Location is perfect, but it’s noisy at night. The stuff is very friendly and speak English, they allowed me to check in earlier, and at first they gave me the room without windows and I asked to change and they gave me bigger room without windows two big beds!
But the furniture is old, curtains, shower and toilet is like from the 90ths… and inside it’s like a big maze…. And u can hear your neighbors speaking… so I don’t really like it.
5/10 only for a few nights

VVelIt's going to be a rather long review. We had booked through trip.com, and we arrived around midnight. There was some mix-up due to which our booking was not in hotel records. But I had all the details and had already paid. We had booked for 4 nights. 7th June till 11th June. I need to mention here that it wasn't the hotel's fault.
In spite of not being the hotel's mistake, the night shift receptionist Mr. Quan was so apologetic that this had happened and apologised to us many times and immediately arranged an upgraded room us.
But for the next day the room was not available. The day shift staff ”Miss Suong” took charge and asked to continue without planned activities, and at the end of the day, we had to go to another hotel nearby. All our luggage was transferred to that hotel and, of course, with an upgraded room. We spent the night there, then the next day, we continued with our activities further.
Back in the evening, our luggage was again transferred back to Nhat Ming by their staff.
For the remaining 2 days. We got an upgraded room with superb Seaview.
During the 4 days, time and again, Mr Quan, Miss Suong and 2 more personnel, Miss Huyen, Miss Linh and Mr Minh took care of our family personally, may it be during the breakfast, arranging for our Bana Hill trip or our beach activities. Mr. TruongThey really made us feel at home.
Special mention to Miss Suong and Mr Quan. Thank you both so much. 🙏🙏

Basically, I felt that the Vietnamese people are curtious, kind, and helpful, but you guys made my Da Nang trip the best experience of my life.

Now for the people who want to know about the rest of the hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and well ventilated. The crystal clear beach is just 2 mins of walk. To experience sun rise, you can get the best view from your hotel's sea view room on the higher floors. Good maintenance. You get what you pay for. But in Nhat Minh Hotel, you get more than that.
As far as the breakfast is concerned, good healthier choices but without compromising on taste. Freshly cooked eggs upon request on the spot. Many varieties, both local and continental.
About the amenities, just name it, and you have it with 5 mins walk.
If you want trouble free, the hotel can arrange for trips and tours. Most of the attractions around Da Nang are within VND 60000 or USD 2.40.
Finally, thank you so much, Nhat Minh Hotel. I really owe you one.
This review is not written in the spur of the moment but written 8 days after Da Nang, 2 more places and back to Singapore.
