We recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has its strengths, overall, it fell a bit short of expectations.
The price is on the higher side, which I expected to correlate with a more exceptional experience. The staff did their job adequately, but there was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm, making the atmosphere feel a bit cold and impersonal.
The room was clean, but quite small and not particularly convenient. I struggled to find accessible electrical plugs, which was frustrating. Additionally, the sound insulation left much to be desired.
We opted for breakfast, which was decent but again, nothing to rave about—just average fare.
On the plus side, the hotel's central location is a major advantage, making it easy to explore the area.
In summary, while the hotel is satisfactory for a short stay, it lacks the warmth and amenities that would justify the high price.

The hotel's cleanliness and location are good. But there are no facilities in the room. Even not the proper tea and coffee. The room included a toothbrush and paste but the hotel authorities said it was paid service which was quite surprising for me.

I stayed in this hotel for a work trip and Highly recommend it to anyone going on business trips.
The reception kindly upgraded my room. The room is spacious and the facilities were very new and modern. It is great for people who need to work and get on meetings.
There are also many coffee shops and a 24hr convenient store right next to the hotel. Will definitely come back again

Was looking for a place to stay in Daegu for 6 pax but there were only limited choices searching in English. Found this place which was recently opened in 2023, only 500m from Daegu train station. It shares the same building as the Daegu Marriott but it has apartments for rental stay rather than hotel rooms. We had the A flat suite, which had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and living & dining areas to hang around in, which came up to about 400 sq m. Their rooms are named A to F, going from largest to smaller in size. Kitchen cutlery and all utensils were provided, with fridge, kimchi fridge, oven & microwave all built in. Didn't have a washer & dryer though. All the appliances were very new and worked well. The reception to check-in is a small office on the ground floor, with the entry to the building just next to it. There seem to be separate reception areas for short-stays and residents, so approach the correct place. There wasn't a dedicated parking area. The room was very clean also the bedrooms were sparsely furnished. One of the rooms had a large walk-through wardrobe with plenty of space to lay out clothes. The bathrooms were luxuriously decorated. Looks like all the built-in stuff was quite top-notch, and maybe it was designed for permanent stays. No regrets in picking this place as our base in Daegu!

대구 갈일이 많아 두번째 숙박이었는데 주변인프라에비해 가격은 좀 있지만 계속 머물고 싶은 곳입니다.
주차도 넘 넉넉하고 식사도 충분히 좋고 여직원분 친절하시고 룸시설은 5성급호텔시설 못지않아요. 집처럼편히있다 왔어요.

SSS DiscoveryThe owner was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and contained the basic amenities - TV, bar fridge, fan, air conditioning, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. The second floor contained a clean and well-equipped communal kitchen.
The motel's location was absolutely perfect. It's in a great location in the city and on the main subway line. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and stores all within walking distance. The subway and bus routes, which are under a minutes walk away made getting around a breeze.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe service was excellent. I was able to easily check-in and get to my room. The room itself was amazing! The only cringe I had was the head boards and ceiling decorations not being dusted, but other than that the room was very clean. The bathroom had a huge bathtub with a jacuzzi feature but unfortunately it did not work when I tried to use it. For military members, it was only a solid 15-18 minute walk from Camp Walker and near some some solid food places. I would definitely stay again.

AAnthony DestrezaThe price of the room is really affordable. The location is 1 ride away from Dongdaegu Station and EXCO convention center. It was 5 minutes walk away for those stations. The area has a lot of food options as well, from pubs to local foodstall type food inside the park.
The room is also good and not too noisy, so it is a perfect for solo traveller. If you are going with a partner, they also provide full ammeneties for partners.
I stayed here for 3 days and the my overall stay is perfect in my opinion.
Will probably stay here again if I visit Daegu again.

라면기계도 있고 냉장고에 빵이랑 잼도 있어서 좋았습니다.
조용하고 암막 잘되어 있어서 늦잠자기도 좋습니다.
다만 오래된 곳이라 변기랑 기타시설이 낡았지만 하루쉬기는 괜안습니다

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly and kind. When we arrived, we was greeted really well and given our room kept promptly! We was told we had been upgraded for free to a more spacious room. Which was so appreciated. There is only one lift but it’s fast and works perfectly well so no waiting was needed. When we entered the floor is smelled amazing, completely spotless. The room (floor 6) was impeccable. It had a large foyer with slippers and an umbrella. The room itself was amazing. A huge double bed, loads of space, a stylus wardrobe to steam your clothes, and loads of amenities, such as toiletries, hairdryer, kettle, dressing gowns etc. The bathroom was beautiful big and safe with a huge bathtub and a shower to choose from. The room had underfloor heating and air conditioning to keep a steady temperature. The windows are behind the mirrors which slide, it’s an excellent design choice to keep your privacy yet have the option of natural light. Huge tv with all channels and apps.
The room was cleaned daily, I noticed even the bedding was changed daily too. Towels and shower accessories were changed daily also.
I felt so safe and comfortable at this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. It’s a great spot with great access to landmarks. Wonderful stay! Thank you Cherish Hotel! I’ll be back!

PPengguna TetamuLocation is very close to the train station, so convenient in case of an early train. From there it is also possible to reach subway and move around the city. Regarding the rooms, they were clean and quiet. At the reception water and some snacks were available. Water was for free, snacks I don't know. This is a love hotel. I didn't have any issue with it but I think it should be clearly mentioned to let the people decide if they want to stay in this type of accomodation and this was not mentioned at the moment of the reservation. -Price was expensive; -Nobody speak english there but on booking it is written that they can; The first room I got smelt of cigarettes. I complained and asked to have a non smoking room as per reservation and first they tried to remove the smell by spraying some perfume and of course didn't work. I insisted asking changing room and even if they had rooms available (the doors of the room available were left open) they told me that I had to wait the day after. They also proposed me to give me back the money and go to find another hotel (this like in the middle of the night). I was disappointed as the term of reservation were clear. They night after they upgraded me in a very nice room so fortunately everything went well but I think there is room for improvements in managing situations like mine.

GGirlMeetsWorldOn the surface it was clean, but hard to reach areas were very dusty. They were able to store our luggage, since we arrived at 1pm but was only allowed to check-in at 8pm. The building next door was a bit noisy at night. The bed was super hard and some stains on the pillow. Amenities were adequate, struggled a bit with a plug that didn't work and had to move things around. Were able to watch Netflix. Location is nice and close to a bus stop, Subway Sandwich, nice cafe and 7-Eleven.
