Smack in the middle of the pedestrian street of Daegu, the location of this hotel is unbeatable. Like all other Toyoko Inns, this hotel provides all the basic amenities including a pay laundromat. For this price and location and free breakfast thrown in, its value is unbeatable.

The location of the hotel is great and there are plenty of eateries and shops around the area. Definitely ask the staff for (food) recommendation(s), as we had the best food recommend to us by the hotel staff. The sound isolation is also good, so while the hotel is located in a busy street, it was nice to be able to quietly sleep and rest after a full day of walking around and exploring Daegu.

The hotel is some distance away from the subway station, but the nearby Yaoling Market and Hyundai Department Store are 5 minutes away. There are many restaurants. The new hotel building is large enough for the holidays and the facilities are relatively new. This clean and comfortable hotel is conveniently located near the shopping district. It's also just a few minutes' walk from Banwoldang MRT Station and close to Jungangno MRT Station. There's plenty of food and drinks and coffee available in the shopping district. The hotel is quiet and clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the bathroom has plenty of water.

No beating around the bush but this is definitely a love hotel so it’s not the best place for a family. The room is nice and big and has a bit of an antique feel but it was fairly dusty. We also found the bed to be quite hard. The room includes all the amenities you need and the hotel is also in a convenient location with it being basically right in front of Daegu station. Overall, it’s decent hotel if you need something quick and easy but there are better options available in the city.

I visited without any expectations, but the room condition was better than I expected. If I have the chance to visit again, I plan to go there again. My husband was also satisfied with the room and the comfort.
