Sharell was very helpful and the rest of the girls Kayla, Evita and Chantel. Very helpful and gave me good information on what is available. The bed is very comfy and the room is clean and tidy. Sharell even asked what floor I wanted. thank you for your help I will be staying again

Hotel itself as you'd expect so all good but breakfast next door was terrible, avoid at all cost (maybe find Rosie lea cafe near by)

very well attended, very kind to my daughters, especially Ade's attention, she was very attentive, good service, very friendly, always with a smile, highly recommended, thank you for the attention. The cleaning staff is also very friendly at all times.

Checking in was excellent the knowledge of fabs the receptionist was on point. Room is very clean and shower has very good pressure for the early morning wake up. Breakfast with Chantel is great has loads of variety and the staff in kitchen are very friendly and polite.

Stayed here whilst on a work trip and was greeted by the most beautiful and helpful receptionist Reanne. Helped me so much with information on the local area and went the extra mile helping me out with an iron last minute to prep me for my morning meeting. Really good service, 0 problems experienced with my stay. I definitely will stay here again for my next trip and have the breakfast that Reanne informed me of the times and what they offer but my meeting was to early this trip.

The staff were amazing especially Rosslyn she took care of all our needs with a smile and great professionalism...I'd definitely go back just for her service. Her knowledge of the local area was definitely helpful and we were treated with the greatest respect.

Poor quality pillows and bedding, mouldy bathroom, a lot of noise within the hotel, staff were unprofessional/rude on arrival not what I’ve come to expect from this hotel as have stayed before and was way better than this!

Ida she was the most helpful friendly person. If you stay more than a day, they don’t change the bedsheet, they only change once a week 😳 also people work at nightshift they are very nice, I was there for a good couple of months I also think that Service can be improved. This place is not kid friendly at all.
