優點： 1.酒店硬件設施無可挑剔，新開酒店裝修規格較高，用了較多的類木飾面和石材裝修；插座面板的的多元化，智能馬桶，酒店版的雲視聽等都是極大提高客户體驗感的。 2.床品織數一般，但洗滌的乾燥度很好，使用貼膚感很好，巾類克重規格較高，但烘乾時間過長，螺旋毛麪略顯粗糙，枕芯整體舒適度尚可，建議未來更新改造配備兩個記憶枕。 3.客房一次性消耗品，茶包等齊全，老牌酒店配置，但類似護理包，T須刀等可需求性配置，不必每間房標配，包括很多不必要的工具都可以撤下來，省下來的錢將水吧的茶包從立頓換川寧，咖啡從速溶換掛耳，這樣會更受歡迎。 4.早餐整體是豐富的，並且環境非常好，唯一全場沒有見到綠色蔬菜是遺憾的，廚師的餐品配置要注意。 缺點： 1.下午4點登記，17：30未能有效拿房，前台也有大量賓客等房，雖然感謝給予升級，但看似不得已而為之；工作人員反饋客人退房晚，這個不應該的，節假日應嚴格控制客人退房時間，另外個人判斷主要為人手不足，也可能布草不足，導致房間遲遲做不出來，最關鍵的前台應客人大量等房，亂了章法，未先來後到制，導致秩序混亂。整體判斷高層沒有做好法定假日接待的應對。 2.前台一堆工作人員，但明顯業務不熟練，房務領導責任，全程沒有笑臉和禮貌用語，入職培訓不過關，人力資源責任。 3.餐廳工作人員連餐枱號都不知道，端着菜像無頭蒼蠅，無語；表揚一位像收銀的女孩子，粧容得體，交流順暢。 4.一樓石材養護有問題，雖然進出人流大，但結果呈現的是完全沒有光澤，尤其一樓電梯口，陳舊感十足。 5.客房智能馬桶的遙控位置安裝不合理，用起來憋着手。 6.客房塑料花實在廉價，不追求蝴蝶蘭，換個綠蘿就行了。 7.攜程上訂房有歡迎水果，最後沒見到。

7月新開的名宿，所以房間和設施都很新很乾凈，周圍一圈沒什麼名宿，遠看白色房子沒什麼特別，進去後還是很亮眼的，每間房落地窗很大氣，老闆不苟言笑看上去不好相處，實則人帥心善，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，提出是否可以幫忙加工一下自己捕上來的魚晚上加餐，老闆也很熱情的幫了忙（加工另收費哦）泳池老闆親力親為很認真的在清洗👍 名宿還是親子家庭遊比較多，有2個小建議： 1.房間裏沒椅子人沒地方坐，坐在榻榻米上確實對老年人不太友好，起身坐下太費勁，沒有放行李和包包的架子或桌子，全部堆放在地上 2.洗手間和浴室直對着床，還是透明玻璃，不管是坐着還是躺着就很尷尬，對面在洗澡，可想而知？對於家庭遊，男女老少都需輪流離開房間 總體全5星好評
