Great hotel. Service is overall good but needed help moving to another hotel room and wasn’t able to do so until 2 days later and only after the intervention of a friend who happened to know someone at the front desk. However, when I moved, the noise could be troublesome because there is a DJ that sometimes plays music until midnight which means those here for business can’t really get to sleep. Other than that, beautiful location, the majority of staff are helpful /gracious and the food was amazing.

The team, especially Appo .youssouf, Mayor. My birthday was amazing and they did everything to accommodate us including complimentary shooters and cake! The view is great and the snacks and platters we had were lush! We had the best time and we are glad we came!

Rama at the reception and Marie Noelle and her team are the best in the restaurants with a variety of delicious delicacies to enjoy. The ambiance in the evening is so beautiful. With Sea Plaza Mall just next door and a variety of restaurants to choose from. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a great dinner, fantastic service and even better service from PENDA SY. And the rest of the team. Can recommend this to anyone. I had salmon and its taste was amazing. The view of the sea is miraculous. Go for it!! It is a fantastic place to enjoy music too

The hostess Marie Nowell has excellent customer service skills she made our stay an amazing experience. The food was to die for. Housekeeping staff were friendly, respectful with generous hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Maria Noelle in the hotels restaurant was wonderful! She had amazing customer service and always greeted my family and I with a welcoming smile, and answered all our questions. She made our stay a joy! We also loved the how clean our room was and the pool is wonderful.

I had a great experience. Warm staff and fabulous service. Felt at home. First time in Dakar and staying at Radisson was a good introduction to warm Senegalese hospitality. Attended a meeting there, networked with new and old colleagues all over great food and service. I can definitely see myself returning to Radisson Blu Dakar.

We had an incredible experience at the Radisson especially the bar side! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The level of service was simply outstanding. The cocktails were a true highlight(I recommend the margaritas or mojito) crafted to perfection with a wonderful balance of flavors. On top of that, the staff went above and beyond by surprising our friend for her birthday, making the evening even more special. Whether you’re looking to relax by the bar or enjoy a stylish evening out, the Radisson blue sea plaza delivers an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

I visited Senegal for the first time this September 2024. We embarked on a family trip with over 20 family members! We had the experience of a lifetime! One of our first stops was to the Radisson Blu Hotel for brunch and it was *chefs kiss*. The food and ambience was amazing! One of the highlights of that day for me was sitting down for tea with this lovely lady whose name has slipped my mind! But you can see her in the picture I shared. I'm definitely a tea time person so I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The tea was delicious and sweet just how I like it. The set up was cute and comfy with lots of pillows to sit down and relax while sipping your tea. You have to remove your shoes of course! The lovely lady making and serving the tea made the experience all the more enjoyable! She has great energy and a beautiful spirit. I felt like I was having afternoon tea with a friend, lol. She has a warm smile and is very gracious and elegant! If you visit the Radisson Blu make sure you set aside some time for tea!
