We truly enjoyed our experience staying at this hotel. Both restaurants serve exceptional food, the room service is very efficient, the staff is cordial, and the room size and amenities are perfect for making you cozy and comfortable. A few feedback from our side to improve the experience- - Should encourage sustainable practices like providing non packaged drinking water to guests and switching off appliances when the guest leaves the room even for a short while. - I suspect that the damage to the car door handle happened during the handling by the valet parking people. It could have been an outside person. There's a faint chance that the problem was there already and I found it only after coming here. So, this is not a complaint (as I am otherwise happy with their services), but a red flag for the hotel management to keep an eye on the QoS of the valet parking agency to ensure that similar experience don't recur.

Have to review this! So some one from the managment can read and work on improving customer service with the team. Let me start with the good and appreciated review. The food is really good. The tandoori items fresh. Hot. Delicious especially the non veg items. We also enjoyed the khichdi for the kids. Prepared just as we asked for without spice. and it was gobbled. We entered the restaurant and noticed 1 table only booked. We chose our seat. In a couple of minutes, the place got full. There were literally only 2 waiters and 1 main staff trying to manage almost 10 tables. 30 mins later and after we complaining to the main reception, our order was taken. The khichdi was delicious. But took almost 40 mins to get served to our table. The staff informed us that since it was republic day. Everyone else was on leave. No attentive staff around. Captain seemed least bothered when we informed him bout the service. The worst part is we packed a chicken malai kabab of almost 5 pcs. But reached home and found only 2 pcs! Sorry to say. But the service needs to be seriously improved and honestly looked into seriously for improvement.

We had a great stay at the Vivanta for 3 nights from 23 - 26 Sept. The room was spacious and very comfortable for 2 people. All modern amenities were provided. The buffet breakfast was very nice and on the last night we had dinner at Memories of China. We had special requests for some vegetarian dishes and the chef did an excellent job. We will definitely come to Mangalore just to eat there again. Sudeesh at the front desk provided excellent service and took care of our all needs especially when my wife and I were not feeling well for a few days. Great staff and great hotel. Highly recommended 👍

We had an excellent stay for a week at this hotel. The entire team including the manager Mr.Cletus, Vijay, Akshata, Sudeksha, Rajesh & the housekeeping staff were polite, kind , helpful, and prompt in their services throughout the day. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good, with different items served daily. The hotel is centrally located with good restaurants and supermarkets close by. Zomato & Swiggy also deliver to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again as well during our next visit.

Aurum the most imp is 24 hrs food... We connected via Shruti and she had ensured every bit of our travel is good, not just stay. Calls, messeges, temple info, time, room booking, add on services....she had it all done with perfection and efforts beyond her host duties. Shruti was a great pleasure to be hosted by when we reached , her teammates were exceptionally helpful. Aurum is a heavenly placed equally divine as the Kukkeshri temple is. The ambience is spiritual with nature infused beaty and 4 star hotel seevices. riverside room is unbelievable. We can stand by riverside hillock. The best is the people. All the staff members have ”no artificial ” but homely way to make your stay a great temple visit. They go extra mile. We had a special request that they could refuse but they rather helped like their own responsibility. Two staff were all kind n gentle for this. Room service is world classs. Food order at 2 am was served with smile n super taste. Rate and charging are reasonable. Never feel like leaving. Resto by river is unbelievable People , team make it so natural and sweet. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. During our stay, my son experienced travel sickness, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They connected us with a doctor and even prepared special food for my son, ensuring his comfort. Their tagline, ”Welcome to Hospitality,” perfectly describes the experience my family and I had. Located centrally in the city of ***galuru and a short distance from attractions, and within easy reach of transportation options just outside the hotel. Well-***aged and clean 4-star hotel. Staff and ***agers are friendly, focussed, hard-working and professional. Onsite veg, non-veg restaurants and two lounges serve tasty food and drinks. Breakfast is wholesome with made-to-order dosa and omlette stations, traditional and continental offerings. Rooms are stylishly furnished, showers are hot, and guest rooms at the back of the property are quiet and insulated from traffic noise from the main road. Room service offers good choices and housekeeping is very responsive. Hotel can arrange taxi’s for hassle-free airport and local transportation.

JJet41399139981We stayed for two nights and liked the generous room with the two separate beds. We found the room clean, pleasant and quiet, equipped with modern electronic controls, which makes the handling not necessarily easier. So at night for no reason at all the panel for the air condition was lighting up every once in a while. We did not find a way to stop that. The air condition itself worked well and temperature was easy to regulate. Both beds carried 2 identical, big pillows, too big for our comfort. Instead, we would have liked two pillows of different size in order to have a choice on which one to sleep best. But the Hotel had only one size of pillow. The breakfast on the fifth floor was abundant and of good quality. So we were to more than 80% happy with our Hotel.

Superb hotel with spacious rooms- clean, comfortable warming welcome by the great staff in duty. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in mangalore after I left to UK 18 years ago without the heed of hotel. Adyaar plaza is one of the greatest choice Nice restaurants and public transportation to get to the heart of the city which is vibrant. Breakfast at Annapurna was excellent and room door service by Raju was great. Raju is extremely hardworking and well attendee Reception staffs are great and knowledgeable that takes you through the checkout procedure waiver as before. I have been given all the information during my stay to visit all places around mangalore. Cleaners were attentive and details are magnificent. Water running all time and hit when needed, the hot water works excellently There was no problems in getting any help. The internet is fast and accessible in all the rooms. The room sizes are magnificent and large with larger beds. The water bottle is eco friendly, clean and tasty and it was a great compliment unlike any other hotels. Everything is available at the rooms and TV is fantastic that displays all channel. The location is memorable and marvellous and windows are great in rooms. Bathrooms are location The checkout procedure are great Lifts are spacious and safer to use. I can definitely recommend the rooms to all my friends from England. The manager is friendly and Intelligent Highly Recommend UK

PPengguna TetamuLocation was perfect. Hotel is located quite conveniently next to the city train station. We availed breakfast at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious but the quantity was limited unfortunately. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the ac unit worked flawlessly to keep the room nice and cool. On the flip side, the accessibility for seniors or people with leg or knee problems left a lot to be desired. The few flights of stairs have no hand rails and the entire entrance was slippery due to rain. This is a big safety hazard. The hotel neighborhood has a lot of active construction going on which made it very noisy in the day time. The tv was non functional and while we requested assistance it took a long time for the staff to come and take a look. Finally, the lobby raked off cigarette smoke throughout the day. While the room itself was free from the smell of tobacco this left me with a severe headache. Overall this contributed to an average experience.

Booked 5 N package from 22nd Oct for family trip. 3N is suite room and 2N in presidential suite. For family of 4 like ours Suite room shld be apt. Moti mahal property is a bit old and hence slight room and plumbing issues due to which I cld not give 5 star. Negatives end here and the positive list continues 1) Accessible to all places near hampankatta. 2) Excellent reception staff, wld like to mention Roy and Anshul who were always ready to help,guide and resolve any issue highlighted,made our stay special. 3) Housekeeping team is full of simple staff, doing their job sincerely 4) They have veg,non veg and Thai restaurant if you want to dine in the hotel lots of delicious options to choose from. 5) Breakfast buffet is a decent spread, every day the spread changes and all dishes are delicious 6) All in all excellent place to stay when in namma Mangaluru, Left with fond memories, will definitely visit again.
