Hotel was in a great spot, walking distance from everything. Very clean room, and a big shower for the given region. It did not have A/C but the area was cool while I was there and was nice to have the window open. Staff was great and I had no issues while there.

The staff are super friendly and polite. We also left our luggage after the check out. Highly recommend. The room was specious and clean, also the shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom which was super nice. Convenient location as well.

Booked with two double bedded mattress but given only a double bedded. However , understand from staff it might be wrong system setting, if upgraded we need to pay extra fees. This disappointed us. Overall, clean and nice location, can only see construction building beside from window views. Worth the values. Thank you

The hotel was very good. There were no 10/10 service or staff, but...

This hotel in Da Lat was definitely the right choice! It's a budget hotel, but the cleanliness was impeccable – the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were all very polite. Even when we passed the cleaning lady, despite the language barrier, she would nod and smile. The hotel's location was also excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. Go! Da Lat supermarket is about 900 meters away, and it's next to Xuan Huong Lake. The night market is also within 1 kilometer. The Crazy House is only about 2 kilometers away. We even left our luggage at check-out and didn't return to collect it until evening.

A lovely, clean, cozy, compact hotel! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available! The staff is polite and helpful, responding promptly to all requests! The bed and pillows are comfortable. The towels and bed linens are clean and white, although not new, and smell pleasant! There's a comfortable, large, roomy closet, two nightstands, and several lighting options. The refrigerator is quiet and cools well. There's a kettle, coffee, tea, and water. The bathroom has a shower stall, plenty of hooks, a towel holder, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste, cotton swabs, and a shower cap. Slippers (flip-flops), a TV, and a floor-standing column fan. The window opens, and the curtains are blackout. The street is not very noisy. We are happy! Thank you!

The room is beautiful and clean. The air conditioner is cool. The bathroom has a strong smell. The breakfast is good. The room is cheap. The transportation is convenient. It's worth the price.

The hotel service is good, the staff is friendly. The hotel looks fresh, and everything in the room is new and works properly. The location is good, within walking distance of all the amenities, and there's a store nearby. I recommend this hotel.
