Ulasan SANDALS LILY HOTEL

The hotel itself is nice and located in a quiet area, BUT... Firstly, the floor, especially in the bathroom, is incredibly slippery. I fell while changing into slippers. Luckily, I managed to catch myself, so no broken bones, but I got a bruise on my knee and severely scraped my arm. You just slide around; it's impossible to shower without shoes or walk barefoot. Secondly, I booked a room with a buffet breakfast, but there was no buffet. Instead, they offered a choice of 5 dishes from a menu: 4 Vietnamese options and the fifth was just 2 eggs. I can't eat sugar, and all the Vietnamese dishes contained sugar. For the 2 eggs, they brought a plate of lettuce and half a cup of tea. After I complained, they eventually gave me an omelet and fresh juice. For that price, I could have eaten out ten times over elsewhere. Thirdly, they gave me a voucher for a free massage. DO NOT GO. At the salon, they immediately try to convince you to extend it to an hour, but the massage was terrible, and they even pulled out half my hair. The masseuse was just pulling and yanking. To top it all off, my room key was deactivated prematurely, and I had to run to reception to get it reactivated so I could get my belongings from the room. I deeply regret choosing this hotel.

Nice hotel to stay in, extremely right in the city center, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast

The hotel's location is great, close to major attractions, most of which are within walking distance. There are also many dining options nearby, making it convenient to find food with plenty of choices. The room itself is also very good.

Room is very spacious and staff are very friendly. Vouchers given by the hotel is useless, need to improved, you don't expect guests to buy 2 and get 1 complementary free drink or tea. How can 2 person in 1 room take 3 drinks. Breakfast is ok, except the coffee is not thick and need to be keep hot at all time. Location is good, nearby many eatery and night and day market.

The location is pretty good near to night market. The room is suitable and comfortable. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioner in the room Although Da Lat is at a high altitude and air conditioning is not needed in winter, it may still be necessary in summer. Finally, the staff is good as well.

Location great as close to lake and central part of town. Public areas bright abd well kept. Breakfast choice limited, particularly for fruit, considering that a lot of fruit is grown in the region. Room was tired and in need of refurbishment. Room also smelled a bit stale I suspect it might have been the bedding. My "city view" room had a view of some ramshackle flat rooftops! Summary: a functional hotel in a good location for exploring Da Lat but the room was nothing special.

This hotel has an old-fashioned charm, but its central location makes getting around incredibly convenient, and the service is highly satisfying.

It's really convenient for getting around, especially being close to the night market. I'd love to stay here again! 👍

Very nice stay here. The staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good ,just missed the yogurt. The room was spacious ,clean and the bed was comfortable. The night market was walking distance. There were many shops ,cafes and restaurant's in the area. We liked it so much we stayed another night. 

No AC in the room. Location is great.

Happy having chosen this hotel. Reasonably priced for such comfortable hotel with good location.
