Dalat Joy Hotel

First of checked into hotel. Planned on staying in Dalat for 3 nights. Just booked one night at hotel so we could see if we liked it. Booked 3 rooms for 4 people. I could not sleep in my room because of the loud noise from a faulty air handler unit on the roof. Finally went down to lobby at 2:30 am to see if something could be done. At least move me to different room. The night person just apologized and did nothing. So slept very little that night. We moved to another room just down the hall. The noise persisted but not as loud because we further away. Next morning we rented two motorbikes to visit the area. One motorbike very old but okay. My motorbike found later no speedometer working, no dash lights, headlight was broken and front end was loose. Motorbike completely shot. They charged us 180,000 Dong for each motorbike. Saw later that we could have rented motorbikes for 60,000 Dong cheaper and late model motorbikes that were excellent condition at many places near hotel. Felt we were taken advantage by hotel and ended up with very poor motorbikes. When we checked out, I was led to believe a different price than we were charged for remaining two nights at hotel. We had no hot water in bathroom sink. Mattresses were just left in halls for the time we stayed. This hotel is very unprofessional and facility is maintained poorly. Rooms were clean though.
