Hotel di Dalat dengan Kolam Renang

Right from beginning everything was fine. Absolutely awesome property and nostalgic French property. Climate was absolutely fine inspite of heavy rain for past few days. I first met at reception Ma Kh’anh who explained lucidly everything about Resort along with a cup of ginger tea. She looked after well everything during stay at Ana Mandara. Regarding food I can say they are best for Vietnamese food. Mr Huong is main chef who has splendid Vietnamese recipes and taste of food absolutely fantastic. Resort is located at a serene place which gives plenty of time to relax. Swimming pool is warmed and I swam there couple of times. It’s a typical French colonial property and everything in order. I will highly recommend.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! 이틀동안 숙박하고 왔는데 직원분들의 너무 친절한서비스와 시내와거리는 조금떨어제있어도 시내까지 무료셔틀서비스를 미리신청해서 이용하니 크게 불편함없이 잘 지내고 왔습니다 아침에 일어나니 문앞에 공작새들이 반겨주고 리조트호수주위로 30분정도 산책코스도 너무 좋았습니다 다음에도 다시 찾고싶은곳 강추합니다

We arrived around 19:30 the hotel looks really grand from the outside but I just can’t put my finger on it as this hotel is very weird and just soulless. Some bullet points, big hotel with no idea/ imagination of how to dress it, room’s dated with mould and flaking paint on the walls, I don’t think the pillows case’s had been changed as they smelt of being used, swimming pool is bizarre as it looks as though it’s set out for a wedding function with chairs/tables set around the pool, corridors are dimly lit with eiry music playing looks like it should be in a spooky Hitchcock film, bar still closed due to Covid (seriously), breakfast has lots of choice but is of poor quality and strange choice(best I ate was steamed sweet corn) noodle bar staff were more interested in playing on their phones, staff were polite enough but ? a lack of hospitality training, the hotel is in run down part of town we only realised this as we moved hotels after one night stay and found a lovely place over looking the lake for half the price( money was never the issue) I feel this hotel needs serious investment as it is sadly no where near a 4 * hotel and that’s not me being fussy as Iv traveled extensively in Vietnam and am still touring. Very impressive huge nice lobby with many dining/entertainment areas. Large hotel catering mostly for seminars, conventions, weddings and other parties etc. Good selection at buffet breakfast mostly vietnamese dishes. My deluxe double quite spacious with small balcony nice view. Furniture a bit aged. Pillows and mattress very comfortable. Room cleaning needs attention. Staff a bit stressed and not engaged. For a 5 star not up to that standard in general.

Generally, I am pleased with my trip, especially my view room (lake) and staffs at hotel. However, I couldn’t find hotel bathrobes where they were. Bed length is fit to me but my brother’s one is quite small. I had breakfast included but didn’t use so I don’t have any comment about their taste. I think 4-star hotel is not worthy (may be 3.5/5) but still recommend the hotel for everyone. I still note the hotel to my list, and return when needed. After all, it is good enough.

This resort really nice and beautiful, I will back if I have change to there!!! one minus point for hairdryer can not move out of bathroom, need to standup for dry your hair too long! Only that, everything is excellent!!! The price is really good for the meal, fruit, services in the wonderful place! Thank you service team!

We stayed in a family bungalow at the Zen Valley Hotel for two nights. We have chosen this hotel based on good reviews, one of the reasons for choosing it was the spa with sauna and steam bath. We arrived at the hotel around 5 pm, after a flight from Da Nang. Upon arrival, we have been informed that most of the staff are infected with the Covid virus, so the kitchen is only open until 2 pm, and that the spa, sauna, massage are out of order and will remain closed durring our entire stay. When we explained that the above was quite a problem for us, that we had chosen the hotel based on the services they offer and that we would have expected at least prior notification of the current situation, on which they understandably cannot influence, they offered us a refund, as the hotel was already paid a month ago for both nights. Considering the late hour, we really didn't want to look for another hotel so we didn't decide to do so. and we stay. However we had a very bad feeling the whole stay. Covid has been a problem for more than two years for all of us, we understand the situation, but it is still not OK that there is a staff at the reception who looks sick. Even otherwise, with rare exceptions, the staff at this hotel is not exactly satisfied, the bungalows are otherwise beautiful, clean with a wonderful view, the breakfast is exceptional. But that's all from our point of view. We have been traveling all over Vietnam for 14 days so far and this was the first hotel that we left unsetisfied.

M cực thích view hồ tuyền lâm luôn, Khách sạn nằm trong khuôn viên rộng có nhiều villa và khách sạn đẹp, sát mặt hồ mát mẻ và không khí siêu thích. Có điều hơi xa trung tâm thành phố, đi ban đêm hơi sợ và xa một tý ạ. Vào nhận phòng cực sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện. Đợt m đi vào mùa dịch nên không có phục vụ ăn sáng.
