Given how jammed Dali can get, walking was the best option, and this hotel’s location made it incredibly easy to explore the area on foot. The staff here is simply the best I’ve ever encountered. I had many parcels delivered to the hotel before my arrival, and they not only managed all of them seamlessly but also offered to send out additional parcels on my behalf. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they attended to our requests promptly and always with a smile. Their dedication to going above and beyond was truly impressive. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for food and activities nearby, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, and the views of 苍山 were amazing. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be back!

I have booked 2 different rooms for my parent and another room for my boyfriend and myself. Overall, the room is very well decorated and the view are so gorgeous! Service and breakfast were really good too. Really thankful that the owner sent us to the train station on last day! Also, they gave us hot milk or warm dessert at night too.
