It was a very welcoming and pleasant stay here! My whole family enjoyed our stay here thanks to the hospitality of the staff who assisted us throughout our stay. They were all really prompt and polite! The package was inclusive of an afternoon tea and night dessert soup. The room is cosy, toilet is spacious and is heated:) It’s located walking distance to 双廊古镇which makes it even more convenient for us. The breakfast & coffee provided was so yummy too! Overall, we would like to thank all the staff for their thoughtful service and will return on our next visit ^~^

The service was really attentive; they contacted me one or two nights in advance, but I couldn't reach them because I didn't have their local number. Everything was great though. However, if you want to see a sea view early in the morning, other rooms might be more suitable.

The hotel has a great environment and excellent service. The butler, in particular, was witty and humorous, and the travel guides and tips he provided were incredibly useful. I highly recommend the guava lemon tea at afternoon tea – it was sweet and sour and delicious. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of choices; I recommend the meat sauce rice noodles.

Very clean, and the staff were super friendly. The view from upstairs was fantastic. You could spend the entire day there. They also have a shuttle service for transport to various locations. Highly recommended. The entire place was also very clean!

The sea view room we booked had an amazing view! The scenery was breathtaking both day and night, and just sitting by the window and daydreaming was a true pleasure. Photos don't capture the beauty of the scenery, and I highly recommend experiencing it in person. As a mysophobe, I was incredibly pleased with the hotel's cleanliness! The room was spotless, and the bathroom had a well-defined dry and wet area, with no odors at all. Disinfectants were also provided, making our stay incredibly reassuring. The hair dryer was also a Dyson, so I could watch movies on the screen while lying in bed at night. It was incredibly comfortable. We were given a surprise gift of tea when we left. What a beautifully aesthetically pleasing shop!

This was our first time bringing our child to Shuanglang Ancient Town, and we chose the Mangshu Hotel, which is located right in the town, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Our butler, Xiaofeng, was incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready to assist us. He recommended nearby restaurants, bought medicine for our child, and provided free pick-up and drop-off services wherever we needed to go. The hotel offered complimentary coffee and drinks, and the breakfast selection was quite good. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Shuanglang. Very satisfied! 👍

The hotel service is super good. It is the most satisfactory one-night accommodation arrangement for this trip. The butler is always on call to take us to the surrounding scenic spots. He also thoughtfully prepared a guide for playing in Shuanglang, and free American latte is available at any time. It is a very good experience. I will choose this hotel next time.

From booking and concierge service to pick-up and drop-off, arrival service, and the overall stay experience, everything felt different. It combines the simplicity of a guesthouse with the sophistication of a hotel. Everywhere you look is photogenic and upscale. I highly recommend this place.
