Liuyue Wusuo Seaview Holiday Hotel (Dali Erhai Shuanglang) Reviews

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Many thanks to 小范 our assigned butler for making our stay such a memorable one. We loved the breakfast and the tie up with photographers to provide a 30min photography session in such a scenic hotel was fantastic. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in the ShuangLang area!

I had a really enjoyable experience at the Hotel. The Hotel is located right beside the lake and have a breathtaking scenery. My butler Xiao Fan 小范 is very nice guy and had given us a lot of help during our stay. We will definitely the Hotel next time I visit the Lake.

Excellent service, with great breakfast and afternoon tea provided. There is also dessert offered in the evening. Excellent sea view for photo taking and the packaged photoshoot photographer Ms Yang is very professional and selects very nice scenes for the shoot. The driver arranged by the staff drive us to Lijiang also very friendly.

The staff were so helpful and went the extra mile in every part of our stay be it answering our questions or helping us book vehicles. The place was lovely and it was so relaxing. I loved that they have some sort of food available (up to 12am) for guests like tidbits/snacks/drinks/bread and spreads other than breakfast. I was very touched by how efficient and kind they were when helping us carry our luggage to the place to board the vehicle. My parents could spend so much time taking photos of different parts of the building as they had put so much care in decorating and creating wonderful ambiences in different sections of the building. We got a free upgrade (both rooms) the last day which made our stay there end off with a blast! I’ve already recommended the place to a few friends who asked me after they saw how lovely the place looked on my social media updates!!! Keep up the great work everyone!

We just returned from an incredible stay at Liuyue Wusuo Sea View Holiday Hotel in Shuang Lang, and I'm already missing the stunning views and warm hospitality! The staff were absolute rockstars - proactive, professional, and genuinely passionate about ensuring our comfort. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond. Breakfast was a daily feast, with a vast spread that catered to all tastes. Our rooms were cozy and comfortable, with breathtaking views that made waking up a treat. While it's a bit far from Dali Ancient Town, Shuang Lang has its own charm, with plenty to explore. We discovered hidden gems, enjoyed peaceful walks, and soaked up the serene atmosphere. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we can't recommend Liuyue Wusuo enough. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service, look no further!

We arrived in the rough location of the hotel and were met quickly to help us find the exact location. The location is ok the lake and the views are superb. We were greeted with an afternoon tea overlooking the water which was superb. Our room was lovely and also overlooked the water. As we wanted to visit the market the following morning we left the hotel before breakfast but the hotel still accommodated us by meeting us to take our luggage to our car and buying us breakfast from the street vendors on the way! We were blown away by their superb customer service. A wonderful stay!

Clean and sanitary, beautiful environment, you can see Erhai Lake in the room, the housekeeper Xiao Fan's service is warm and considerate, and the service is proactive from check-in to check-out. The hotel has a rich breakfast, afternoon tea and evening soup. It was a very satisfactory stay.

The room is clean and tidy. The environment in the store is great. There are seagulls to feed. The butler service is considerate. Good night soup is also given. The travel photos given are also very good. Souvenirs are also given. Recommended

The housekeeper was very nice. He picked us up near the hotel. The hotel also provided afternoon tea and travel photography, which were beautiful. The hotel is right next to the sea when you open the window. I really like being so close to the sea. They also arranged a turndown service, goodnight sweet soup, etc., which was very considerate. Because we had to leave the hotel at 8:30 the next day and didn't have breakfast, but when we left, they prepared bread, milk and flower cakes for us. It was really a good experience staying in the hotel. I love Dali very much. I will come again next time~

After checking out, we had walked to the street outside the alley, and the waiter who was riding a bicycle recognized us and took the initiative to greet us, and actively went to the back to help carry the box. This positive service attitude deserves praise 👍 There was also a small problem with the shower room in the middle of the night, and it hardly went into the water. Then WeChat Xiao Fan came to the room immediately to solve the problem. In addition, the breakfast is not rich, but it is healthy and tastes good. The black tea in the lobby is delicious, and the coffee is average. If it is a waterside B&B, there are more mosquitoes at night, and the windows need to be closed. The bathroom products provided by the hotel are very useful, and the shampoo does not dry after use. The bathtub provides a bathtub bag, which is very hygienic. We went to the flower cake shop on the street to buy fresh petals for ten yuan and took a rose bath, which was very good! The only drawback is that the facilities are obviously old, and the carpet in our room is already fuzzy and dirty. It is recommended to replace it. Then the sound insulation is average. The wooden door of the room may crack due to long-term contact with water vapor. The hotel stuffed cardboard in the large crack, but you can still vaguely see the room through the door. Overall, the stay experience is still very good, and I will consider staying again when I come to Shuanglang in the future.
