Hotel Indigo Dali Erhai

I had an amazing stay at this budget hotel, which truly offers 5-star service! I particularly loved the laundry service as I’m travelling for 3 weeks and the sea view from my room was absolutely exceptional. Since there aren't any restaurants nearby, I relied on delivery meals, but the stunning view made it all worthwhile. It was so breathtaking that it brought tears to my eyes! I highly recommend booking the panorama corner room with balcony highest floor . just be sure to call in advance as it’s subject to availability. As a delightful surprise, they also provided a special gift during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I could genuinely feel their commitment to excellent service. I truly regretted moving to another 5-star hotel that starts with "I," as this place exceeded my expectations. Beautiful rooms w large windows overlooking the lake. The rooms are well stocked with great amenities, and service is excellent.

Nice Hotel. Clean and well-maintained. Love the pool and the view from the hotel was great. Breakfast was nice. If you like taking walks along the Erhai lake, this would be a good choice. But nothing is near to the hotel. We walked about 30-40min to eateries. The service at lounge for welcome drink was poor. Waited for half an hour and gave up. Otherwise everything is good. Location is great if you plan to visit both the East Coast and West Coast.

The hotel location is nice with great views. The staff are friendly and offer good service. The only thing I would complain a little is that when we had dinner at the 1st floor restaurant, the dishes came somewhat slow. Maybe it was because there weren't many people in the restaurant at that time and I imagine that the kitchen may be running with less people than usual.
