Ulasan Hotel Indigo Dali Erhai

Saya tidak pergi ke Dali dan fikir lebih baik untuk tinggal berhampiran dengan Tasik Erhai, tetapi apabila saya berada di sekitar laut selama seminggu, saya mendapat tahu bahawa lokasi hotel itu sebenarnya adalah pemandangan laut yang terbaik. Saya harus percaya dengan visi hotel lima bintang. Bandar purba itu benar-benar membosankan, dan koridor berkembar adalah baik pada waktu siang, yang tergolong dalam jenis penglihatan yang lain. Anda boleh merasai penginapan romantik di hotel di Erhai. Terima kasih khas kepada pengurus Aimee kerana menghubungi dan menyelaras daftar masuk sepuluh hari yang lalu. Kakitangan perkhidmatan juga memberikan layanan yang baik pada tengah malam. Tanpa anda, perjalanan ke Dali ini mungkin tidak begitu sempurna.

Persekitaran, perkhidmatan dan katering sangat hebat! Pujian bintang lima! Persekitaran: Hotel ini terletak tepat di Laut Erhai, sangat bersih dan rapi, dengan perisian dan perkakasan yang baik. Suite dengan pemandangan laut telah ditingkatkan secara percuma, terutamanya kolam renang, yang sangat indah! Perkhidmatan: Colonna, pengurus bilik satu-ke-satu, sangat teliti, terasa seperti angin musim bunga, dan merasa seperti di rumah. Saya sangat menghargai pertolongannya selama menginap. Makanan: Terdapat banyak jenis sarapan, rasa enak, dan banyak makanan tempatan Sangat disyorkan!

Tinggal untuk kedua kalinya, sarapan hotel enak dan mi sedap. Sangat senang tinggal di hotel dan pergi ke kawasan pusat bandar Dali. Sebaik sahaja saya keluar, itu adalah Erhai. Perkhidmatan hotel juga sangat baik. Saya menempah bilik tambahan untuk satu hari. Setelah berkomunikasi dengan Ctrip, saya bersetuju untuk mengembalikan wang lebih awal.

Homestay Dali terpesona, dan pada akhirnya saya memilih Indigo yang lebih berkualiti. Bilik dengan pemandangan laut mewah bukan sekadar nama, dan keluarga sangat berpuas hati. Kolam renang di tingkat atas menjadi tumpuan, dan anak-anak enggan memikirkannya. Harga pakaian renang dan pakaian renang juga wajar, tidak seperti beberapa hotel lima bintang di China, yang sering keterlaluan. Mencuba set teh petang 138, rasanya cukup memuaskan. Sarapannya kaya dengan pelbagai jenis, dan udang siu mai sedap. Sangat disayangkan hujan turun pada hari kedua penginapan, dan perjalanan yang dirancang awal ke Erhai Park disegarkan. Sekiranya anda tidak mahu pergi ke tempat tarikan popular di mana orang mengikuti keramaian, menonton laut dan minum teh di lobi hotel juga merupakan pilihan yang tepat.

Hotel itself was lovely. Staff were kind and helpful. The room was spacious with a great view of Erhai lake from the balcony. One issue with the room was that, no matter what I did with the AC, the temperature couldn’t be brought below 25 degrees Celsius. They tried to help with this by moving an additional portable AC into the room. Location is good if you just want to see the lake but is about 13kms from the old town where some of the best food is.

Overall it’s a good experiences, Guest Relations team proactively recovered my bad experiences when we had the breakfast and extend the check out till 2pm with some amenities and fruits delivery. Buffet restaurant definitely need more trainings about how to bring more efficient during the peak hours but service staff attitude are very positive. Breakfast food is ok. Facilities are quite new and well maintained - reception helped to upgrade my rooms as we traveled together and arrange properly. Except the elevator which is quite odd that you have to take excessive steps to lobby. Location is good near the bottom of the ErHai having a great seat view but if you want to go to the ancient city or some ancient towns to the west of the sea you’d better have a car or you have drivers.

This is one of the best hotel I stayed. The room is clean, service is excellent, breakfast is marvellous and room views to the lake is great, you can even see the sunrise from the room. From the Bose speaker and Dyson Hair Dryer you can know the quality of the room. However the bathroom is translucent, if you are not travelling with your couple but other, you may have an issue when bathing.

The hotel is in great location and the room has great view with a very comfortable bathroom layout (very spacious). The only thing is that the staff at check in and check out took our money. We booked 3 rooms in total and we paid in full at check in. Despite payment with credit card, the staff asked each of us to pay extra RMN1000 per room as a deposit in cash. At check out, no damage was found and they returned our deposit but all the 3 rooms only got RMB900 back. The staff could not speak English and even we could speak a little Chinese, the communication and the explanation is not understandable why we were deducted RMB100 per room total of RMB300 on top of the full payment. Other hotels will just block the credit card as deposit which is standard but when I asked if they can just use credit card that we paid to block the deposit, they said it could not be done. Moreover, when we paid RMB3000 deposit for 3 rooms, we counted RMB100 x30 to the staff. The staff took the money to another location saying they had to use the machine to count, then she came back saying there was only RMB2900. I guess she also took another RMB100 from the cash deposit. (Check in time was on April 10 at 10.30pm and check out time was on April 12 at 9.40am)

I am travelling with a baby, the hotel team were brilliant. So helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is convenient.

The room is smelling . I was assumed previous clients smoke. Then I realized the sink gets mouldy and the water pipes stinky. However the location is perfect.

Our stay at the indigo was fantastic. Great rooms and the staff went the extra mile to help with our special requests. The lakeside view room we got was breathtaking and the amenities that were included were great.

It’s a beautiful hotel and excellent service. I would like to introduce this by to my friends
