We stayed a night and was greeted by very enthusiastic staff and helpful staff. The room has very modern with up to date facilities, very clean and comfortable.

Our travel to Dali and staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. Especially, A松云Mike who works at the hotel, he was such a great help for us because he was so helpful and served us with his generosity and kindness. He was there when we need for anything including foods, hotel services, moving by cars and taxi. We really appreciate Mike for his great help, kindness and molars. We loved the place and recommend everyone to visit it☺️

Hotel has a beautiful sea view but the location is a bit touristy. Our butler, Mike, is very helpful and he took very good care of us. We first got a room by the roadside - the room is clean and beautiful with a private pool, however it is right on the road where tourists pass by all day long and take photos so there is not much privacy. We asked to change the room to a higher level and he arranged it for us right away. Very attentive and he even reminds me to go for breakfast everyday ☺️

A very lovely and beautiful hotel. The room and view is amazing and the housekeeper is very helpful. He provided all the necessary information and assistance throughout the stay, 5 star service! The fruits platter and hot dessert soup was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

酒店在洱海邊、半山上、松雲間，離機場比較近，地中海式藍白色乾淨清爽，風景絕美。酒店管家是帥氣聰明的Nasa，提前兩天就加我微信詢問房間要求和接站訊息了，我們到了以後又是提行李又是交代各種細節和配套服務。酒店房間大，有小院子，柵欄門，坐陽台上喝茶看書都不錯。房內設施齊備，枕頭多配了兩衹。附送的風車旅拍服務也細緻，出大片。視頻是到的那天拍的，已經晚上19點，光線不太好，但依然能看出房間外的風景。

來大理之前做了很多攻略，最後決定入住在海東的理想班松雲半山酒店，這裏面面朝洱海，在這個酒店入住體驗非常的棒裏面的設施都是大牌衞生也非常乾淨環境也非常的優美酒店還包含接送機服務體驗拍照服務晚安甜湯和水果很多項目。接待我們的管家小胖服務非常的貼心周到，給我們安排吃住遊玩。整個入住過程都非常的開心體驗的拍照也非常的圖片下次還會帶家人朋友過來首選松雲半山酒店，期待小潘管家再次見面。

這酒店超讚！ 這次在松雲半山酒店的體驗堪稱完美，這次來是帶爸爸媽媽來的這酒店位置絕佳，希臘式格調彷彿置身於真正的聖託里尼，房間佈置温馨雅緻，設施一應俱全且品質上乘。 但不得不提的是我的管家mike，他真的太出色了！從入住時的熱情迎接，到入住期間事無鉅細地安排我們的行程。無論是需要額外的生活用品還出行或者是我瘋狂的丟東西哈哈哈，mike總是能第一時間給出最貼心的建議和最迅速的行動。他的細心、耐心和熱情讓我們感覺像在家一樣舒適，為整個旅程增色不少。強烈推薦松雲半山酒店，更推薦有mike做你的管家！
