Awesome for family. Great view overlooking the lake. The reception is extremely helpful.

We had such an amazing experience! This hotel is great, it really shocked us with the amazing service, hygeine, and the absolutely stunning view! You get free drinks such as water, fizzy drinks, tea and coffee, and even yoghurt. Every morning there is a breakfast buffet on the top floor that offers both dishes from China and other countries such as England. The service is also really good, they will give you anything you need. Also, the view from the window is jaw-dropping! Definitely recommend coming!

Simply amazing! I’ve never had any hotel call me in seconds of having booked a room to verify my details of arrival so as to arrange VIP pick up. Courtesy fruit, courtesy night dessert, 24h courtesy noodles, courtesy pick up and drop off, courtesy everything! I’ve been left speechless with the outstanding service and attention to detail. If you’re staying in Dali and wish to be near the city and old town while having the most spectacular views and living spaces of Erhai Lake, then don’t think twice and book this place! Huge thanks to the staff for their professionalism and friendliness.

Booked a 3 bedroom hotel cum residence apartment for 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Location was fantastic, in the middle of restaurants and facing Erhai Lake. The 2 of the bedrooms had an enquire bathroom with bathtub. The last had a basic toilet right beside the room. Well equipped with amenities, including full kitchenette (although there were no cutlery provided), a small backyard to wash & hang dry clothes, huge dinning and living space. Hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpful. We arrived Dali by train, and the hotel arranged for a 9 seater vehicle to pick us. The hotel breakfast buffet was also a spread, we truly enjoyed our time here. A pity was we visited around early April and the wind was really huge and chilly so we couldn't spend much time in the balcony. Other than that, everything else was great! Highly recommend to big groups who wants to stay together. Also do note to get the wechat contact of the hotel via trip.com. much easier for communication.

Very spacious apartment and close to restaurants and coffee shops. Fantastic view from our living room and the master bedroom. We got upgrade when we check in and family is very happy with the stay.

It was the first time we stayed at homestay. We had been a bit apprehensive but were pleasantly surprised. The apartment is spacious with a big balcony. The view is spectacular. The staff were friendly and attentive but in the meantime respected our privacy. Breakfast was good, with a homely touch. The pick-up and drop-off service was definitely gratefully received with an elderly parent traveling with us. A big thank-you to the staff and drivers!

位置離機場車站都很近，在興盛大橋旁邊，交通方便。景色絕美，一線海景，早上看洱海碧波，海東遠山，海西日照金山，彷彿置身維多利亞港口海景大陽台，海景卧室大飄窗。服務很貼心，商務車接送，每晚熱飲。早餐正常水平，有熱乎的麪條包子水餃等，早餐時間很久很不錯。價格和那些所謂的設計師民宿相比算划算的了。

來了大理好幾天，這家真心要評價一下，首先服務真的很好，前台兩個小姐姐温柔又熱情，真的特別周到，然後到了房間真的眼前一亮，乾淨寬敞，環境又很好，樓下就是遊船。管家式服務，早餐午餐夜宵會給送到屋裡，重要的是味道也很好。總之真的是物超所值，強烈推薦大家來這裏。

酒店位置、佈局、配套、服務都很好，特別寬敞，很適合家人出行，接送機服務，免費小鍋米線，和助眠宵夜，老闆理念很好，店長和服務員都非常客氣，還有伴手禮，真的是賓至如歸！下次還會選擇，滿意！

免費給我們升級成行政套房，帶機麻，客廳和主卧都是直麪大海 海景無敵！前台2個小姐姐服務超級棒 停車場接待幫忙拿行李，停車也是免費的 可以報銷！ 每天都送水果拼盤和銀耳湯，還可以免費送早餐到房間。總之就是很nice的一家公寓酒店！ 下次還會來入住他們家 這次的行程住宿很滿意！

第一次認真為一家酒店寫評價，因為好的酒店值得被更多遊客看到：酒店的硬件設施很不錯，套房的裝修風格簡約而大氣，不論是馬桶、淋浴都選擇了非常好的牌子。酒店的備品也能看出對於客人體驗的重視程度，牙刷、大衹的牙膏、好的洗髮沐浴露。最後是服務也讓人無可挑剔，從抵達停車的第一刻有同事幫忙取行李，還是每日無限量的鮮花餅、米線供應，到離店的接送服務，可以感受到工作人員在用心對待每一位客人。非常棒的入住體驗！

從二十幾樓看洱海一覽無疑的海景，與洱海邊小清新的民宿比起來，還是另外一種感覺，建議時間允許兩種都體驗下。帶着一家老小6口人，住了一個三室的套房，設施新，佈局合理，還有個麻將機，晚上一家人撮個麻將，也是相當的哇塞，還教會了我6歲的小女兒打麻將。早餐雖不如高檔酒店豐盛但該有的也都有了，特別是米線很好吃。着重誇一下服務，沒有差評還是有原因的，有什麼需求管家隨時熱情回覆並及時解決。唯一美中不足是停車場在馬路對面，用的是公共停車場，但停車位不是問題，特別是第一天到達時，一下子出來4位服務人員幫我們一家老小拿行李，感覺停車場好像也不是什麼問題了。
