安くて場所がとても便利で(大連駅のすぐ近く)景色もよくて清潔でアメニティもしっかりあってとてもよかったです！個人的には洗濯機があったことと、窓際にクッションがあって景色を見ながらくつろげるスペースがあったのが好きでした。
ホテルの場所は少しわかりにくくて、HARBOUR CENTERという建物と繋がっているアパートメント内にあるみたいです。
ホテルの受付に電話をして1階まで迎えに来てもらってアパートメントの入り口のロックを解除してもらい、部屋まで案内してもらうのがおそらく正規ルートです。(私は中国語ができず、アパートメントのフロントの人にホテルの名前を見せてロックを開けてもらって、受付がある906号室に直接向かいました)
受付の方が少し日本語を話せて、本当に助かりました。
部屋は広くて、調度品が豪華です。

중국 처음으로 혼자 여행 온거라서 숙소 체크인부터 떨렸는데요
숙소 이름이 디디에서 검색이 안되서 위치를 그냥 숙소 쪽으로 찍고 갔습니다. 내리면 1층에 써브웨이 있고 루이신커피도 있고 입구는 2개고 어디로 가야할지 헷갈릴겁니다. 그냥 아무 입구로 들어가시면 숙소 아파트랑 연결되어있어요. 저는 몰라서 써브웨이 입구로 들어갔는데 쎂웨이 바로 옆에 작은 입구가 있어요 무슨 아파트먼트 뭐시기라고 영어로 써있고 경비 데스크있고 바로 옆에 아파트 입구 문이 있어요. 그거 경비분이 안열어주시더라구요 제가 열수도 없어서 누구 나오거나 들어갈 때 까지 기다리다 타이밍 좋게 들어가야합니다. 그리고 또 길이 두 갈래로 나뉘는데 왼쪽길로 가서 엘베 이용하시구요. 24층으로 올라가세요.
내리면 바로 오른쪽에 문 열려있는 곳이 딱 한 곳있어요. 거기가 오피스입니다. 거기 가셔서 숙소 이름 대면 사장님이 맞다고 해주실거에요. 그럼 사장님께 여권드리면 주숙등기부터 샤샤샥 알아서 해주십니다. 한국에서 중국여행 필수 어플은 알아서 다운 받아오시겠지만 여기 숙소 사장님께서는 위쳇으로 다 알려주시니까 위쳇 사용한다는거 기억하시면 됩니다. 저는 35층 방으로 배정 받았고 사장님이 방까지 같이 가주시면서 위치 알려주시구요.
키 사용법도 잘 알려주시구요.
방 컨디션은 딱 가격 정도 입니다. 위생 청결에 예민하신 분은 호텔 예약하셔야할 것 같구요. 저는 베드버그나 바퀴만 안나오면 돼서 잘 머물렀습니다. 대신 화장실 배수가 됐다 안됐합니다. 하수구에서 날파리 같은것도 한 두마리 올라오구요.
하지만 헤어드라이기 바람 쎄서 좋았어요
고층이라 뷰도 좋고 1호선 지하철도 가깝고 숙소 밑에 슈퍼,카페도 있어서 위치 좋아요. 대련역도 도보로 13분 정도라 근교 이동하기에도 좋아요. 저는 단둥, 선양 갔습니다.
큰 캐리어 무겁게 오시는 분은 공항에서 지하철로 오시기 좀 어려울거에요. 지하철 올라오는 길이 다 계단이거든요. 짐이 많거나 무겁다면 공항에서 택시 타고 오세요. 아무튼 사장님 호탕하시고 굿입니다. 4박5일동안 잘 머물다 갑니다👍

New hotel, not too close to the subway but not too far at Zhongshan Station B2 Exit. The reception staff is very attentive. I arrived quite early, they checked the vacant room and helped me check in and help recommend tourist attractions. The room is very clean and comfortable, there is a mini bar and amenities.
If I have a chance to come to Dalian, I will come back to stay here.

1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian.
2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening.
3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging.
4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available)
5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well.
6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.

FfaryThe Architecture is like European Style, amazing interior and exterior design, Luxury stay, one of the best hotel breakfasts in China for foreigners with huge variety. The list of things to enjoy are endless 👏but a bite too expensive, and for a hotel of this price there should be definitely a free mini bar and some free stuff in the room. I think the breakfast food isn’t that delicious but it’s reasonable and there is a lot to choose from.

KKeithWe stayed at this excellent hotel for three nights during our first visit to Dalian in May. The room was very clean and had some very useful amenities such as a refrigerator, clothes washer and a bidet toilet. It was very convenient to wash our clothes and save money.
The staff was very helpful and kind. Mr. Chen helped me find an excellent Thai massage spa (Tai Baba) nearby and helped us get taxis. We are especially grateful to the manager Mr. Leon. He left his busy post at the front desk and walked with me several blocks to get medicine for my wife who was briefly ill.
We opted for the Chinese breakfast all three days and it was very good. However, the western food selection was limited. That was not a problem for us because the Chinese food was delicious. We are from the USA.
Mr. Leon recommended an excellent Japanese restaurant (Konoha or Jiuye) with a huge menu selection in the same building. We ate there twice and there was a waitress who spoke fluent Japanese. There are many Japanese restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel. Also, the hotel is located near a shopping mall with a huge food court on the top floor. We recommend Chinese and foreigners to stay at the Shan Shui S Hotel when visiting Dalian. It made our trip to the beautiful, friendly city of Dalian memorable.

PPengguna Tetamu華住會首選宜必思！附近有好多快捷酒店我都沒住，環境和服務比附近的都好！尤其是前台幾個工作人員很耐心很熱情，我晚上在樓下用電腦的時候發現有些喝了酒的客人很不禮貌，工作人員小夥子小閨寧都很耐心的去解釋和引導！這一點就很不容易！如果在這附近住，強烈推薦他家！電視還能投屏，我在這裏看了S14總決賽！

The club lounge staff are all friendly and served us with nice hospitality. Enjoyed stay at the Intercontinental Dalian. We are sure back IC Dalian again!!

PPengguna Tetamu酒店整體設計非常日式，一入門就脱鞋了。室內室外的設計也很有日式的味道。房間內空間十分大。一個和式小空間，床和小客廳食同在一個很大的空間，兩個床拼一起超級無敵大床!孩子很開心也很喜歡。每個房間都有獨立的湯池，一個我們訂了雙床的冬松房，需要上二樓。美中不足的是房間的廁所沒有窗户，所以會有尿騷味，洗臉盆的去水有點問題，去水速度挺慢的。酒店配套2位成人的温泉泡浴一次，小孩需要另外收費49還是59（具體忘記了）還是很不錯的體驗，男湯和女湯和日本一樣是需要**的，裏面的服務員姐姐也挺好的，但我看到有年輕的女士被美景吸引了在裏面拍風景，我忍不住説了有可能會拍到別人（大家都裸着）希望加強管理吧，另外南方人也算體驗了一把搓澡，本來想試試最便宜價格的就算了，可搓澡的小姐姐似乎不太滿意，一直不開始，最後提高了3個檔次搞了個精油搓，男生的那邊聽先生説沒有這種情況。
