Hotel Mesra keluarga di Dalian

We found this hotel to be extremely enjoyable!! Many of the staff could speak English and there was no stress to communicate what we needed. The interior and exterior are beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty. Best breakfast buffet we’ve had in China so far! The only improvement would be the smell of the bedding in the room. It smelled just a bit dusty.

為了張學友演唱會提前訂房。 首先感謝前台的（不戴眼鏡我真的看不清楚）胸牌上三個字，好像有個“安”字的女生，感謝她帶給我的專業入住體驗，在同時回答其他客人的問題時，熱情而有耐心！ 感謝13樓的保潔大姐。 23號早餐的登記大姐！！！接地氣的熱情，讓我們全家非常喜歡！ 最後感謝在酒店門口，寒風中穿着大衣的門僮，22號晚上降温，門口等同伴的時候，看見大哥認真的來回為進店主客服務！ 下次演唱會再見啦！

This was our first time staying here and it definitely exceeded out expectations. The service was wonderful! We were treated very kindly by the staff and are especially thankful for Ms. KiKi for helping us out! Food was also great as well as the location. Highly recommended!

I stayed in an executive room. The service provided by the executive lounge team was amazing (actually the best I have received in China). The breakfast and afternoon tea in the lounge was amazing. One day I went to the buffet for breakfast and was disappointed by the cleanliness of it, so I decided to just eat at the lounge. The laundry team was also great. They noticed one of my dresses had a small issue so they fixed it. Most of the staff spoke at least some English, it was the first time in China that even the housekeeper could speak English.

The staff at the front desk were really kind and English was also comfortable. The room was spacious enough and comfortable, especially with a bidet in the bathroom. However, I stayed on the 10th floor, but it was a little disappointing that the room with a bad view of the building in front was blocked, and I turned on the heating, but the cold wind kept coming out, so I asked for a separate heater, so it was less cold. Hotel facilities such as saunas and restaurants in the hotel have great convenience like a global brand five-star hotel, especially because it is located in the center of the city, so it was very convenient wherever you went. The hotel was famous, so the taxi drivers quickly found the location and arrived quickly. I am thinking of using it again when I come to Dalian next time. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

很開心被升級到了全新裝修的樓層！房間太好了！新裝修的，應該散味一段時間了，所以我感覺沒啥異味兒。主要是新房間很漂亮，什麼都是新的，嘎嘎新，很開心！價格也很合適！這個季節大連很涼爽，來吃海鮮看美景真是太適合了！馬桶還是全新衞洗麗的，還有單獨的淋浴房。樓下就是地鐵站，這一點我很喜歡，上哪都方便

Our room was upgraded at the reception to Suit Room for free because we traveled with kids. The hotel is very nice, the design of room is cozy and relaxing. The stuff is really friendly, there was manager who spoke in English very well. He was professional and very kind. He made our stay comfortable. Chinese breakfast could be improved and include some European dishes.

第一次到大連來玩，在網上選了這家我覺得性價比超級高的酒店，大連酒店價格是真不低，這次入住我覺得還挺值得，價格不高，房間很大，設施也比較齊全，一看就是專業酒店，不是民宿那種。酒店還有游泳池，正好趕上下雨的時候，不想出門，在泳池玩了半天，還真就相當不錯。

The location is perfect , near the seaside, also Xinghai square is not very far! The staff couldn’t speak much English but they tried to help! The room was ok in general, just a bit old, the bathroom got flooded after a shower, we struggled a lot with the door key too! They had to send someone to fix it for us! ! The best thing the room had was the view!

我這次出差路過大連要到煙台，我在網上找了一圈，因為我要坐火車到大連站然後坐船到煙台，發現這個酒店離火車站和大連港都很近。 設施：乾濕分離的衞生間，可調温的智能馬桶，床品很舒適，很好的化解了我的旅途疲勞，一覺睡到自然醒。 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：優雅舒適 服務：因為在網上定的，跟酒店網絡預訂工作人員溝通時還諮詢了一下週邊的環境和商場情況，那個工作人員小姐姐非常熱情的給我進行一一介紹，還給我推薦了一些周邊特色的地方，服務很周到👍 早餐的品種很豐富，口味也特別好，有個胖胖的服務員大姐服務的也很熱情，總之這次日月潭酒店的感受特別好，下次來大連還會選擇日月潭酒店，非常值得推薦噢。
