前台的小姐姐服務超級熱情。帶到房間 介紹了房間的電器和收費的用品。每次電話詢問態度都大大的贊。走的時候一直送到大門口。很關心小朋友會提醒加衣。為單獨帶孩子出門的大人提供很多方便和情緒價值。別的餐吧的阿姨也都很熱情。會及時遞上浴巾 濕了也會及時提醒更換。唯一小瑕疵就是房間的泡温泉的池子沒有打掃乾淨。小朋友的玩具上面都是搓下來的泥。池子邊上都是。體驗感不是很好。都是奔着泡温泉來的 希望多多注意。特別是小朋友用品方面希望多上心。

This is a hidden gem to stay for families or for couples! We wanted our kids to enjoy being in the water even in the middle of winter and this was the perfect place. We stayed in a villa where they will fill your personal hot spring whenever needed. The public hot spring area also has huge indoor heated pools and a wonderful kids area. My children had a blast! Cleanliness and service was impecable all around. Shout out to Derek and Brain who spoke English and were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. As expected, the area around the hotel is quite dead in the winter like the amusement park and beach. Most attractions and things to do in Dalian are about 45 minutes away, so we will probably come back March- September instead.

真的太滿意啦，帶着孩子全家一起來安步度過了一個愉快的中秋+國慶🎉 娃住的都不想走了🤣天天晚上興奮到十一點多才睡覺 👉衛生：滿分💯因為是帶小朋友出行，所以選擇了私湯別墅，這樣小朋友跟大人泡着都很安心又衛生。別墅裏的衛生打掃的也很乾凈，每天出門的時候跟客服說一下需要續住打掃，回來的時候就都收拾好啦 👉服務：滿分💯別墅特別適合有娃家庭的出遊，提出來的要求都能盡量滿足。需要啥跟客服說，很快就會送到。 👉設施：滿分💯設施簡直沒得說，一應俱全，裝修都很新，潔具都是大牌子，體驗感跟五星酒店一樣。我們住了三天晚上，兩天晚上分別是燒烤跟火鍋。鍋具餐具一應俱全，衹要把食材準備好了就行😜中秋在院子裏可以邊泡溫泉邊賞月，美滋滋🥮店家還給準備了蚊香（室內室外都有），室外蚊香點上也不熏人，這幾天孩子身上一個包都沒被咬，點贊👍 👉環境：這就更沒得說了，別墅周邊都是全唐風建築，後面就是金石萬巷商業街，沒事去溜達一圈吃吃喝喝，拍照也很出片。自駕來別墅都自帶一個停車位，很方便 總體來說非常滿意！家裡老人也非常滿意，孩子非常開心，以後有機會的話還會再來🎉

Dirty carpets in the rooms and in the hallway. Swimming pool was closed. You need to be nude when using the hot spring. My ************* is my privacy and they should take other cultures in consideration. I don't want to look at strangers private body parts and I don't think they want to look at mine. They need to get a pool for people to wear a swim suit. I couldn't use anything at the hotel, that's why I check out a day earlier. Not much of English help available. I will certainly not visit this hotel ever again. I will not recommend my friends to vist this hotel. The deposit of 1000rmb is too high for a single person. I request a days refund as I changed my hotel in Dalian to use the swimming pool and hot spring, which I couldn't use.

房間在二號樓，去温泉會館比較近。房間內寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，隔音安靜。住宿帶兩次温泉會館門票，水温適宜，池面無漂浮物，室內外泡池周邊環境休閑舒適。早餐因人而異，個人覺得品種不錯，除了中餐西餐還有現煮的餛飩麪條。酒店旁邊就是小黑山，爬完山再泡温泉，然後吃個自助火鍋，完美的一次近郊遊。

去過很多家溫泉酒店，包括本溪的和開發區的，這是第一次來開世溫泉酒店，感覺非常好大連寶藏溫泉，住宿環境很乾凈，客房和餐廳服務都非常好，尤其餐廳眼睛小哥哥，戶外溫泉和游泳池非常乾淨，整體坐落於大山中安靜的很，特別適合度假放鬆，早餐食材豐富品質上佳，中餐廳味道可以的，推薦平時去人少
