I booked the hotel without knowing the location of the hotel. The hotel is far away from the center of the city, it won’t be a good choice for people who want to tour around in the city. When I found out how far the hotel was away from the tourist attractions , I was frustrated and stressed. Instead of getting the help and information I needed in that situation, the female staff at the reception with glasses was not helpful or friendly. Instead she made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She certainly indicated that no further information would be forthcoming. Otherwise, the hotel itself was clean and modern.
