The hotel location was great! I think this hotel has seen better days though. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were basic at best and didn’t provide the comforts of other hotels. A lot of great cafes and restaurants nearby on 七七街!

房間寬敞舒適，這幾天最喜歡的就是早上坐窗邊曬太陽。附近交通便利，離地鐵2號線和公交5號線都很近，樓下有個夜市，買點宵夜回來看個投影，很舒服。沒做攻略，一個人就出來了，民宿老闆娘很好，給提供了很多景點和路線，第一晚趕上她生日，姐姐還分享給我一塊蛋糕🍰

This Hotel is very nice and located in the Center, close to the Railway station and many POI. The staff is friendly and tries to support the guests. The English language skills could be improved.
Unfortunately the Hotel and the rooms definitely need an extensive renovation. In our room several electric plug-sockets had been damaged, which is a severe danger. Also the control-units for the AC showed marks of overheating and damages.
The interior of the rooms and bathroom showed marks of abrasion and cheap repairs.
With this actions this Hotel could be one of the best in Dalian.

Counter lady was helpful to account for and clear up the space while unpacking the packages. Also managed to have the TV turned on and able to view the weather forecast via china unicom

Apabila saya mendaftar masuk mereka membawa dulang makanan ringan dan sepucuk surat yang menerangkan betapa mereka menyesal kerana tidak boleh berbahasa Inggeris. Ini adalah sentuhan yang bagus dan saya memuji kakitangan hadapan atas keikhlasan mereka. A very pleasant room, located on the 5th floor. (The office, when you first arrive is on the 15th floor). The lady who dealt with me was very helpful and dealt with any queries I had immediately. EXCELLENT customer service. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. WiFi worked well. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Dalian.

JJacob WayneThe hotel staff were so kind and friendly. They did not speak English but we're able to communicate using a translation APP. The brought extra water bottles to my room and asked about the room temperature. I ended up staying at my girlfriend's apartment instead of the hotel after the first night and they allowed me to cancel even though they didn't have to. I had ordered a jacket to be delivered to my room, which ended up arriving after I checked out. The hotel kept it for me and let me pick it up from there once delivered. The view from my room was awesome. The only negative was the walls were a little thin and I could hear the neighbors. I'd definitely stay here again.

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣Despite its distance from the airport, which requires a 20-minute metro subway ride, I find this hotel remarkably cozy. Conveniently situated right outside Gangwan Square Metro Station, it caught my eye as I arrived at night.
This hotel stands out for its laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers, complete with English instructions and detergent. Across the street, a McDonald's offers added convenience. Interestingly, no deposit is required; just show your passport upon check-in.
Upon entering the room, I appreciated the tea set, although I couldn't ignore a strange smell emanating from the toilet. On a positive note, the hotel features a mini gym with treadmills. Moreover, the complimentary breakfast, which caters to Muslim dietary preferences with its assortment of vegetables and eggs, is a definite plus.
While waiting for your room, the lobby offers complimentary coffee and tea, along with a fragrance store to explore.

PPengguna TetamuMy family and I were amazed at this hotel! Since we were in Dalian in the dead of winter, I booked a hotel that my family (wife and 4 year old boy) would want to spend hours inside. This was just that! We booked the family room and when we came in, it was already setup with the special lights on full display! The gym was better than my local one that I overpay in, the pool was remarkable, and the food looked incredible. The only reason we didn't eat dinner was because we had local friends that took us to local restaurants. The location was terrific, right next to it were a bunch of delicious local Japanese restaurants. Absolutely book this hotel and if you're with a family book the family room! I want to give a special thanks to Bob 王旭 for going out of his way to make our stay even more special!

PPengguna TetamuThis second time staying here, like the first, didn't disappoint. As before, visiting during the off-peak time is ideal for a quiet, uncrowded getaway.
The sea-view room is welcoming and comfortable, with a view that is uncluttered and peaceful; opening the patio doors to the sound of waves rolling in equals instant relaxation. Aside from having a super comfortable bed and all the useful amenities one could need, there were simple niceties about the room, like the ability to adjust the temperature and fan speed (which runs quietly without disturbing sleep), ample hot water to fill a soaker tub, and multiple options for adjusting the room lighting.
The hotel is immaculately clean, the grounds are meticulously maintained, and access to the beach is just steps away. The breakfast is substantial, with a variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The staff was friendly and happy to care for our needs, even providing a power converter which I forgot to pack.
Those in search of a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the city can't go wrong by staying here. Highly recommend, and hope to visit again in the future. Hats off to the staff. 感谢你们让我们住得特别舒服！

VVicki S.We found this hotel to be extremely enjoyable!! Many of the staff could speak English and there was no stress to communicate what we needed. The interior and exterior are beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty. Best breakfast buffet we’ve had in China so far! The only improvement would be the smell of the bedding in the room. It smelled just a bit dusty.

Kalimat pertama saudara keselamatan juga saya minta maaf, sikap layanan benar-benar patut dipuji kerana saya harus bangun lebih awal ketika menukar jenis bilik pada hari ketiga. Malam sebelum pergi bekerja, saya berkomunikasi dengan wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Saya tinggal di bilik dan menukarnya pada awal pagi. Perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan dan kebersihan hari ini. Terdapat banyak perkara yang dapat kita pelajari dan akan kita kongsi dengan rakan-rakan kita ketika pergi bekerja.

MMathewStaff were absolutely amazing and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Hotel has a great vibe with a comfortable sitting area. Beautiful breakfast with a good selection. A trendy hotel and a very good experience.

NNasih AliI’ve stayed in a few Hilton Hotels In my experience, Dalian Hilton is very Normal. I went to celebrate my 6th Wedding Anniversary. The trip started with a bad check-in to the hotel where I had to drag all my luggage to the room, there was no one to assist me to find my room or someone to explain to me where my room was located. I had to search for my room myself dragging all my stuff. I asked the front desk for some help. Later I complained and the front desk apologize and send us a fruit plate. The room was nice good not 5-star level maintained. Lack of Amenities very few not all were in the room. Some services were provided in Conrad like swimming pool breakfast. No in-house entertainment for guests. The breakfast service was very good. Excellent staff and guest relations. Not too many but great choices of Western and Chinese dishes. Hats off to the chef. In conclusion, it’s was a good stay. This hotel needs to improve Guest relations and have some in-house entertainment for the guest.
