The person checking in the the guest is rude I booked it and paid for it and he didn't accept it and other people were there that had also booked and he wasn't accepting he wants you to pay on site on his rates instead of the ******* or other apps horrible service horrible place want to go there ever again

When I was finally able to check in after 2 pm. The guy who helped me was the best person I had the entire stay. The first time I came in the guy was rude and short with me. Whoever the guy is with glasses and the guy who was wearing a blue collared shirt were super nice and maybe everything easy.

The room had No mini fridge, no microwave, TV is very old and won’t connect,
Water bursted next my room and made a huge water puddle literally leaking through the roof to the first floor, i had to check out as fast as possible, didn’t even complete 24 hours of my stay

The people in the office are very very rude. No kinda of people skills. Unable to assist with anything. Rooms were dirty sheets were stained please avoid this place.

I called to let them know I would not make it Monday. I was told to do it online. It was too late in the day to cancel for Monday evening. Not the end of the world. I would just have to pay for the night., two rooms. I arrived Tuesday. My reservations had been cancelled. They said by *******. Very rude when I showed him my reservation. I went to another place.
