Overall, good stay. Comfortable bed and room. Lukewarm water in the shower for the full stay which was unfortunate. Called downstairs a couple times to let them know the shower situation, but it was never fully hot. Also, very noisy on street during evenings and we could clearly hear loud car noise from the 10th floor.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and it certainly won't be the last. The valet parking garage entrance is chaotic, just being honest, but once you actually enter the hotel, the vibes are on point. It smells fabulous. The front desk is super friendly. The rooms are clean with great showers. Their French restaurant was delicious, and yummy drinks (including mocktails for expecting mama's like me) and most importantly, a good night's sleep.

It was a very expensive property and after arriving we found out that the plumbing and water would be off from 11pm-5am. And then I had an ice cold shower. Honestly the price was around $400/night and should have been around $125.

The hotel was amazing with a beautiful interior. Centrally located in downtown with plenty to do nearby. The hotel offers a courtesy car for rides within 3miles so we didn’t even need to Uber.

This property exceeded all expectations! From the instant you step through the door until the moment you depart, the staff ensures you feel truly welcomed and well-informed. The daily tours of the historic premises are a fantastic touch. The location couldn't be better, with proximity to top dining spots, parks, entertainment venues, and more. I'm already looking forward to my next stay at this wonderful hotel!

The view from room 334 looks out over the top of a lower level and the side of the building. There is no light and no view of the city. It was like staying in your grandmother's basement room. There was also no bathtub, only a shower, so it was a lot like being in the military. The staff at the desk were rude and unprofessional.

Stunningly beautiful. Magical spaces full of plants, comfy luxe velvet furniture and gorgeous woodwork throughout. The pool area is small but beautifully appointed with pool furniture and cabanas. The rooms are enormous and the entire hotel smells heavenly. Service is impeccable. Hotel is located in a bustling area in downtown Dallas, and close to everything. AT&T discovery plaza is right across the street, along with a great food hall with a diverse selection of offerings.
The barristas at the hotel's coffee shop are amazing and treat customers like they're in a five star restaurant.
We'll definitely be back!

Love this hotel and its old-time character. Every time we come to Dallas from Tulsa we stay here and will continue until the service slips. Must stay and a great place, just book it.
