服務員都是講西班牙語的，House keeping 不能完全按照你的意思去做，還有就是有一個Amenity Fee的小票，每天25美金，強制的，可以換飲料，城市tour。

The staff was top notch. The rooms were nice. The location downtown and lack of parking was the most frustrating part. The valet made that a bit more convenient but we waited 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car around.

Kami mengunjungi Westin Downtown Dallas untuk persidangan di Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. Ia adalah berjalan kaki yang sangat singkat dan dikelilingi oleh restoran dan bar yang comel. Kami juga mempunyai rakan sekerja melupakan telefonnya di Arlington dan valet (Melvin) pergi ke sana untuk mendapatkannya untuknya! Hotel ini bersih dan indah tetapi saya akan tinggal di sini sepuluh kali ganda daripada kakitangan dan keramahan.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby and gorgeous artwork. The service is exceptional. Unfortunately, the surrounding area is a bit sketchy, but it is within walking distance to many Dallas landmarks. I guess that's par for the course for any hotel located downtown in a large city.

The staff were very nice and helpful. My room had a smoke detector that was covered in plastic. The circuit breaker to the smoke detector was in the OFF position. Not very safe!!! There was no business center. The nightly reception/social time was only on Wednesday and the items weren't worth the trip from the room. The location was great.

호텔 침구등 청소상태 좋았습니다. 조금 낡은 건물느낌은 있었지만 전반적으로 깨끗했고 침구에서 냄새안나고 좋았어요^밤 미국은 어딜가나 위험한데 공연장에서 조금 멀어서 우버타고 이동해서 쬐금 아쉬웠지만 좋았던 여행으로 기억될 것 같아요^^

PPengguna TetamuEverything was fantastic. I guess it is always good to mention something that could be helpful. In this case it will be the annoying 6 digit plus # code every time you enter the building, use a lift (you must take two to get to the room but only one needs the code) and enter your room. So many times the code just does not connect properly and it got frustrating at time with up to 6 times to enter the room one time. I am sure they can find a better solution for future travellers (even 5 digits).

DD’ArtagnanLokasi dan kebersihan sangat bagus! Saya agak kecewa dengan penginapan saya di Warwick. Untuk memulakan valet adalah mimpi ngeri apabila hotel sibuk. Tidak banyak pilihan tempat letak kereta jadi kami terpaksa menggunakan perkhidmatan ini. Pada lewat malam, anda perlu meletakkan kenderaan anda sendiri dan menurunkan kunci dengan meja penyambut tetamu. Namun anda masih dikenakan bayaran untuk valet. Tidak begitu ramai kakitangan untuk membantu dengan bagasi. Meja penyambut tetamu kurang bersedia untuk membantu. Saya faham mereka mungkin kekurangan kakitangan dan bekerja berlebihan tetapi ia juga menunjukkan. Ada beberapa kemudahan yang kami tidak dapat seperti jubah, selipar, penggunaan kenderaan ulang-alik. Sekali lagi ini mungkin disebabkan oleh kakitangan tetapi masih merupakan pengalaman yang mengecewakan.
Saya akan menasihati untuk merancang mengikut pengalaman kurang daripada 4 bintang.

PPengguna TetamuUsed this hotel as it is close to a Holt Cat dealer and I’m an employee training for the week. It is in a very bad area as other reviewers described but it had a security guard and I was willing to take the risk. Was quoted 139.00 a day and I said that’s good I needed it for the week. Room was nice although the walls were thin and the ac unit sounded like an airplane trying to take off when the compressor kicked in. I did not complain about these things, I realize some things the front desk just can’t control. However when I checked out and asked for a copy of the bill I was shocked to see that the daily charges were 139, 179, 199, 199, and 139. I spoke with the guy at the front desk and he said he didn’t know why but would have the asst manager Jennifer call when she came in Went to class the whole day and got no call. Drove 4 hours home and called and she said Jennifer would be in at 11 pm and would call me in the morning. I called back at 6:30 before her shift ended and she said it was common practice to change the rates daily without people’s consent. I asked since my credit card was charged when I arrive was this not a contract to which she stated it was only a hold put on the card. She then stated I needed to talk to the manager Tim when he arrived back to work on Monday. This is not even my credit card that was charged it was the company’s but it’s about the principle now. The fact that I have to wait 4 days for something to be corrected that should have happened when brought to their attention the first time. There is a major disconnect between the auditors, managers, and customers. Will see how Tim handles this Monday before I write a review on Holts credit card statement that I have to submit, for all of holts company’s to see how Marriott treats its customers.

Akhirnya dia membiarkan kami membuat tempahan tetapi perkhidmatannya sangat buruk dan kami sama sekali tidak menghargainya
