Dalyan Live Spa Hotel

Lovely hotel. Staff are really friendly and look after you whilst there. Rooms are lovely and very well presented. Pool is lovely and water crystal clear. Prices at the bar and food there are very reasonably priced. My only gripes was around the pool area, sun bed cushions are very grubby and the floor around the pool is needing swept on a daily basis due to the leaves but never was and the ash trays/plant pots were never emptied. The view from our room could do with a little attention to detail as seen in the photos. Black bin bags that were there from when we arrived to the day we left and old trellis that was broken just seemed to be dumped on the roof by the restaurant area. Seemed to be a dumping ground.

We stayed for a week in June and had a lovely holiday. The pool and surrounding areas we're very well kept and enough sun beds although the number of umbrellas was limited and you had to reserve a bed early to get one. The rooms were a good size and well presented with complimentary toiletries, the only improvement would be the addition of a bedside table as only one side of the bed had a table. We felt the bar was very expensive relative to resturants in town (400TL/£10 for a cocktail), as a result not many people around the pool in the day appeared to buy many drinks. Bottles of water were very well priced. The breakfast had a good range however was not replenished throughout service, so if you arrive later on during the service the hot options had often run out. The hot options were also often cold if not arriving promptly at 8am. Overall we had a really good holiday and hopefully some minor improvements will see the hotel come one of the best in Dalyan.

Beautiful hotel! Spacious rooms, with lovely balconies and a very comfortable bed. Everything was incredibly clean and well kept. Staff are amazing and so friendly, they make you feel very welcome and looked after us so well. Pool area and bar is superb, with plenty of sun loungers. Amazing hotel, and would go back in a heartbeat

Fabulous hotel, big rooms, spotlessly clean, lovely friendly & happy staff, great walk-in pool ideal for those with mobility challenges & plenty of sun loungers. I’ve been there 4 or 5 times now & will continue to return. You are made to feel like family. There is no downside that I can see. I just love it 🥰

Just returned from a lovely week's holiday at this hotel. Hotel including room lovely. Only things we could pick at (although doesn't take away from the 5/5): 1. Pool area could do with a sweep around more often. We saw a couple of things like a tissue and a lolly stick on the floor for a few days. 2. Due to a chair / chair bed in the room (we didn't need) there was no room for a bedside table on one side, which would have been handy. Positives to mention: - We had a lovely view of garden and fields - Nice wooden balcony giving more authentic feel - Air con and safe had no extra charge (and beginning of June was very hot). The air con was very good (better than the small units you often get and worked when it was 38 degrees outside in the evening) - Nice breakfast, some say repetitive but there is plenty of choice that it doesn't have to be. It depends on what you choose each day) -WIFI best in a hotel we have ever stayed in Prices - some say expensive, but I would say that Turkey is no longer a cheap destination so didn't seem to bad in comparison. I had a full body massage in the spa. Wouldn't say particularly cheap, but probably was for in a hotel, and it was very good - so well worth the money.

We returned from Dalyan Live Spa Hotel today and had a wonderful experience. The hotel, staff, and facilities are all of a high standard, and the service is excellent. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The grounds are well-maintained, and the pool area is fantastic. However, this hotel and Dalyan as a whole are not ideal for those seeking a busy nightlife. The area is perfect for a relaxed and quiet holiday. While Dalyan is much quieter than Marmaris, it still offers good restaurants, bars, and shopping. I plan to return in May 2025. It's important to note that the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Dalyan's center. This can be tiring, but electric scooters are available if you prefer not to walk. In the evenings, walking back to the hotel can feel a bit daunting. On one occasion, two ladies asked to walk with me and my partner due to the distance and passing through a few neighbourhood's. However, this should not deter anyone from booking this lovely hotel. I highly recommend it, although it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues who cannot use the electric scooters, and I would not recommend if you are of a younger age ( in you early 20's) to stay here, as I perceived other holiday markers in be of a mature age, which was great, because it did guarantee a relaxing stay. The best experience for my partner and me was the spa and indoor pool facilities. The staff are very helpful and not pushy at all. Lastly, the hotel prices are slightly steep, and outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Just back from our second stay at the Dalyan Live Spa Hotel. An amazing stay with wonderful memories of a great hotel, very helpful and friendly staff and a beautiful resort. Can't add with anything more than we commented on last year's stay as the high standards we experienced last time have been maintained and improved. We met lots of people who we met during last years stay and that speaks volumes for the reputation and high regard people have for this hotel. Many thanks to Tunc who again, arranged a private transfer from Dalaman Airport and gave us our favourite room. All the staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. I can see problems trying to book the Dalyan Live in the future as the number of guests booking returning stays is increasing as word gets round how great this place. We will certainly be back next year.

After a week in this wonderful little hotel I can't wait for a chance to return. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and room service was excellent,Great buffet breakfasts with lots of choice. Close to the river and just a 10/15 minute walk into delightful Dalyan. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to come back next year.

Just returned from Dalyan Live Spar (22/05) will try to be perfectly fair and split the review into pros and cons. The pros being the whole site is spotlessly clean, lovely pool, no sunbed wars, limited but good breakfast, bar and restaurant prices reasonable and good quality. Good size bedroom and comfortable bed, quiet evening/night. Very friendly staff. 10-15 minute walk to Dalyan centre or £3.50 taxi. Was given free 3 hour checkout extention, thank you. Now the cons, the 'room lottery' we were allocated 216 which is 1st floor overlooking the road, worst 'view' we have ever had in Turkey, immediately asked for a room change, told no chance, hotel full. Still on the balcony they are roughly made of wood and in need of restaining. They are furnished with two upright 'recycled' (painted white) dining chairs (very uncomfortable) and a well used plastic table. If you have any room other than a 1st floor outside facing one you will have a large bathroom with walk in shower. We drew the 'short straw' and had a very small bathroom with a cubicle shower, I can only assume the allocation is made on the size of the guest, large people wouldnt fit in these showers! The room we had did not meet a 4 star rating due to balcony and bathroom, perhaps 2/3 stars. The unfair aspect of this is we paid the same price as people who had far superior rooms. Final point, one of the reasons I chose the Live Spar was that it had a gym, well in the time I was there the two treadmills were 'out of order' both of which together with the cross trainer could best be described as 'home use only.' Dalyan is lovely but wont return to the Live Spa in case I lose the lottery again and get a 2/3star room! (please view photos).
