من افضل الفنادق من ضمن سلسلة فنادق أكور في العالم تم خدمتنا بالفندق بشكل كبير ممتاز من موظفين الاستقبال خصوصًا الموظف تركي وحامل الحقائب موفيز ممتازين بالتعامل أيضًا خدمة المطعم كانت رائعة جدا ينقص الفندق بعض اللمسات البسيطة كمقهى الشيشة وتغيير بعض أصناف المنيو في المطعم نظافة الفندق ع مستوى عالي

Very good experience for stay, breakfast, room service, cleaning, staff at reception everything was exceptional, sleep was good, breakfast was awesome, staff at restaurant was very good. Overall very good experience.

When I stayed there I was met with an air of negligence which made me very nervous. I felt really uncomfortable especially when my instinct made me check the emergency exits etc. they were blocked!! The stairs were filled with mattresses making it almost impossible to get past. Not only were they an obstruction, they were combustible, adding to the risk to life. I was booked in for several nights but checked out early out of nothing more than pure fear. Breakfast was terrible and the toaster was broken. If you want to stay here, check out your emergency exits and don’t trust the hotel management if you value your life.

الجميع مرتبك والخدمة والنظافة سيئون جدا في ظل تفشي وباء كورونا للأسف كان حضوري الساعة الثانية والنصف ولم تكن الغرف جاهزة واضطررت للمغادرة والعودة مرة أخرى لأجد غرفتي غير نظيفة لدرجة ان الغبار والاوساخ منتشرة بالأرض والحمام وحاولت استدعاء عامل نظافة وصعوبة تم تنظيف الأرض والافطار لا يخدمون الضيوف بشكل لائق وأحيانا يغلقون قبل الموعد ويرفضون استقبالك

The hotel is cozy and very clean. The staff assure making your stay a marvelous unforgettable one; Sultan at the reception, Prabah and Chandan at the Ma plaisir restaurant Abdul rahman at the coffee stand but especially Mr Hassan Aboushanab hospitality was tremendous. The breakfast open buffet is a mixture of oriental and continental food with great varieties, the dinner varieties were exquisite. Parking is present. I even found a salon at the back of the hotel. The R floor contains a closed safe pool, Gym and spa. I really recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dammam as it is easily accessible by Uber or taxis and there are mall nearby.

We have stayed couple of times now and would happily come back again when visiting Eastern Province of KSA. Variety of breakfast was good enough and super friendly team across the entire facility is our biggest winner.

Great location, really pleasant but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff and customer service. Although we have some misunderstanding but the rooms services team reached out and it was fixed immediately. Still the hotel is highly recommended and were looking forward to comeback soon.
