Hotel très bruyant l'été en bordure de l'A12 et la rue principale, la télé de 17 ans ou manquait quatre chaines et le fil d'antenne à reprendre dans un autre studio, vitres de fenètres sales, seuil de balcon, table et chaises sales à néttoyer vous meme. Un va et vient inçéssant de cars d'asiatiques qui rotent et parlent en chinois sur le balcon, super. Une immigration made in Africa hébergée gratuitement aux frais des contribuables, à embaucher pour repeindre l'hotel et changer les moquettes sales au lieux de se glander toute la journée. Les lits jumeaux pour les asiatiques qui n'ont pas le droit de se reproduirent pour cause de surpopulation, pas confortables. Pas de couvercle de poèle donc l'alarme de la hote se déclanche tout le temps. Pas de fait- tout pour faire cuire des pommes de terre à l'eau, pas de cafetière, juste une bouillote de ma grand mère qui ne sert plus à rien puisque une cafetière krups, à capsules, coute 59€ et fait du bon café ou thé. Pas de réduction pour les séjours longue durée des retraités Français, juste une poignée de main, le jour du départ, le directeur qui a fait le mort pendant quinze jours se fout du monde et devrait etre remplaçé par une femme, à 62 ans je crois plus aux femmes. Messieurs, dames allez à Zénitude, Magny les Hameaux qui est bien tenu par une femme, calme et en pleine nature. Pierre qui essaye d'aider les clients devrait etre nommé chef de réception pour améliorer le service, encaisser n'est pas suffisant.

Large fenced car park free to guests attached to the hotel. Really nice welcome upon arrival, and great to find the bar available as we were ready for a drink after our travels. Rooms typical Ibis, compact but with everything you need, comfortable bed, clean and well maintained. Our only negatives with the room was probably the decor and carpet which was extremely dark together with the towels which were very thin and had seen better days. The carpet had a black background with yellow pattern, which made it very difficult to see anything that was dropped and made the room very dark. Breakfast was typical Ibis continental with coffee, orange juice, pastries etc. but was included in our room rate so no complaints. As the hotel is pretty remote and little else to choose from to eat out we decided to eat in on both nights. The food choice was fairly limited but was OK, well cooked and reasonably priced. We booked this hotel as we were visiting the Palace de Versailles. Although it is 3 miles (5km) away it is an easy pretty level straight walk which takes about an hour, but suited us perfectly as we enjoy walking. Alternatively there is a bus stop on the main road about 100 yards away from the hotel and it is an easy drive by car. All the team we spoke to and met during our stay were very helpful and friendly.

I was given a smoking room on the second floor despite the non-smoking preference. The room was spartan and the furniture was worn. There was rubbish under the washbasin, the pillows smelled of sweat and the mattress was sagging. The window looked directly onto a motorway. You had the choice between ventilation or traffic noise. The service staff was friendly and tried hard (No everyone was able to speak English). On the third day we got an alternative room on the fourth floor which was ok! Breakfast was good! The breakfast room was undersized for the number of hotel guests room for 20 people, but in the period 07-08.00 o'clock there were twice as many people in the room. Not so nice after 2 years of Corona...

Exceptionally good value for money and the room was clean, everything worked as it should. Location was perfect as we had visited Versailles Palace during the day and only wanted somewhere to sleep before continuing our trip to the Loire. We also found a supermarket close and right next door a regional restaurant ( we didn't use) Ample parking, free good wifi.. Couple of negatives, reception spoke very little English and was not helpful, the room had a awful tobacco smell, that seemed to be impregnated into everything, we do not smoke so wasn't pleasant.

L'appartement avait la moquette sale, la vaisselle était collante, le lave vaisselle pas totalement vidé, beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles (pieds de table, et chaises, télé), il manquait de la vaisselle, appartement mal insonorisé : on entend le voisin qui met la télé, les talons de la personne de l'accueil, les fêtes étudiantes de la résidence étudiante voisine. On avait l'appartement en rez de jardin, sous le rez de chaussée . Un volet roulant aurait pu être installé pour plus de sécurité à ce niveau. l'aspirateur était plein, avec du moisi la résidence est pourtant assez neuve accueil correct sans plus on a signalé une ampoule grillée qui a été changée dans la journée: merci à l'agent de maintenance

Nice and comfortable during my two weeks stay. Manager and the staffs are wonderful and really helpful. The room and bed are spacious. Location is quiet . Transport is great. 5 minutes to shops and 12 minutes to the nearby railway station. Will definitely come again.

A good looking hotel at a reasonable price. Takes pets and in a great little town. Some lovely independent shops and eateries so a good place to lay your head. Didn’t eat here (poor reviews) as loads in the area but definitely would stay again. Saturday market in the summer opposite the hotel. To be recommended especially after our return experience NR Calais!

PPengguna TetamuIt's a great location minutes from Versailles Chateau. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and private separate toilet room. Carpeting is a bit old and only one elevator worked in the hotel. The other was broken for our 3 day stay. Breakfast buffet was just okay but some mornings no eggs or even water. When we checked in at 9 pm in the eve, there were no tables at the restaurant. The front desk said my wife and I could eat with a more limited menu at the lobby bar. We took his advice and the bar server said there's no food service in the bar area. He suggested room service. We called room service from our room and was told there's no food left for a club sandwich. We were told 20 minutes for a cheese plate and it came in over 45 minutes. The hotel is adequate and acceptable but 3 stars is generous. No concierge. When we asked for any advice (like Catholic Mass times) they said ”just go there”. Any interaction with the front desk staff felt like we were imposing on their time. Disclaimer: My wife and I have been traveling for 6 weeks throughout Spain and Portugal in all 5 star hotels.

PPengguna TetamuSuper emplacement, au calme près du golf et pas loin de l'A13. le petit déjeuner 7H/9H en semaine 10h clôture le week-end à vous de trouver les ustensiles (plateaux, couverts en cherchant dans les placards. Interlocuteur à la réception le soir (Salah) tête dans ses papiers à peine aimable, nul, infect avec la clientèle, je lui demande s'il peux réactiver ma carte, car elle ne fonctionne pas, à peine un bonsoir, me prends ma carte et me la rends, pressé de continuer à reprendre sa lecture, 3 fois dans la semaine cela fait un peu beaucoup. J'y retourne pour faire activer le WIFI sur mon tél et ma tablette : ton peu amène pour l'explication.. envie de fuir tout simplement. Le comble : pour notre chambre en RDC la 025 : salle de douche, une vraie piscine, sèche cheveux HS, clim hors fonction, 2 radiateurs pour 1 prise de courant, rideaux qui pendouillent, aucun placard pour ranger les vêtements, et le comble : la literie, alors là c'est le summum : matelas, alèse de matelas, couette, oreillers sales, moisi, tâché de partout recto/verso. la femme de ménage adorable, à qui j'ai montré l'ampleur des dégâts, n'a pu me donner que 2 draps plats pour cacher le matelas. Le sommier on en parle pas. Saleté,mouchoirs et papiers trouvés entre le matelas et le sommier. pas d'autre solution pour cacher la misère, puisqu'elle ne disposait pas de couettes, oreillers, housses de couettes propres. Sans parler qu'elle refait les lits avec des draps plats et des taies d'oreillers qui soit disant propres, sont déjà tâchés.. je ne sais pas par quelle centrale de laverie le campanile donne ses draps à laver. En attendant il faudrait voir quand même à changer de temps en temps les matelas et chaque année, les oreillers et les couettes. j'ai tout pris en photos. C'est bien dommage que dans un si bel endroit, autant de délabrement et de laisser aller. aucun responsable à l'horizon, à l'accueil personne ne comprend vraiment le français. Je demande la veille au soir (repartant le lendemain matin pour 800kms pour rentrer chez moi) si on peux me mettre deux pains de glace plastique au congélateur, et je précise bien congélateur... et bien le lendemain matin au moment de partir on me donne mes 2 pains à mettre dans ma glacière .. ils sont juste froids ils sortent du frigo...La réceptionniste désolée pour cette erreur me propose de me faire une poche de glaçons.....Proposition déclinée. Nous avons payé bien cher pour 5 nuits (417 €) , et 4 petits déjeuner + taxe de séjour (64,90€) soit 481,90€. Pour 96,38€/nuit : on espère mieux. Vraiment dommage car près de tout dans un cadre verdoyant. Mais le personnel s'en fout et les prestations sont désastreuses. le seul sourire vu pendant les vendredi 10, samedi 11, lundi 13 ce fut celui de la jeune femme de ménage, dommage j'ai oublié son prénom. Je me faisais une joie de passer quelques jours dans un cadre si verdoyant, et suis très déçue de mon séjour. le seul point positif : dans la chambre : une bouilloire qui fonctionne avec sachets

PPengguna TetamuJ'ai dormi dans cet appart hôtel le 14 février 2023, avec mon fils de 8 ans. Très bien situé par rapport au château et assez fonctionnel. Cependant j'ai été très déçue et dégoutée de l'odeur dans la chambre.. Odeur de moisi, humidité ou égout, on ne sait pas trop.. Chambre 41 au 4ème étage à éviter. J'ai envoyé une réclamation par mail après avoir signalé ce problème à la réception, car la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas vraiment, certaines chaînes TV non plus.. Bref, 106 euros la nuit à respirer je ne sais quoi.. Une responsable m'a appelée suite à mon mail.. Me proposant.... Attention roulement de tambour... UNE BOÎTE DE CHOCOLATS EN DÉDOMMAGEMENT !! Ou une réduction sur une prochaine visite, alors que je suis sûre de ne pas y retourner.. Le pire étant que d'autres avis sont similaires au mien concernant les odeurs, aux mêmes dates et antérieurs... Pourtant la responsable m'a dit que le problème avait été réglé il y a quelques mois. Donc sachez que vous risquez de tomber dans une chambre où clairement ça sentira très mauvais.. Et qu'aucun dédommagement ne vous sera proposé à part du chocolat si vous réservez sur booking.. Une honte pour un endroit pareil !

PPengguna TetamuLocated at less than 500 metres walking from the entrance of the Palace of Versailles, and with a nice selection of restaurants just around the corner, this hotel could not be better located. In addition to its central location, the hotel is also in a quiet street. The room I stayed in was fairly small, but more than enough for my needs. The bathroom was well arranged, be it that the opening to get in and out of the shower was a bit on the narrow side. The bed was very comfortable and ideal for resting after a day long of exploring the Versailles gardens. The only thing ”missing” in the room was an air-conditioning system, but this was compensated by a sturdy ventilator fan. Breakfast was as expected and well stocked with a good selection of fruit juices. The cherry on top of the cake, however, is the staff. People at the reception were all very friendly and helpful and make their guests feel right at home. They even lent me a cable to charge my phone after I lost mine. I definitely recommend this lovely little hotel, and will stay there again the next time I visit Versailles.

FFranziscaI love this Hotel. Its my 3rd time staying here which, i think, speaks for itself.
If you don't mind public transportation, there are a lot of ways to move around and explore. There is also a shopping mall close by, 10min walk or 1 stop with the tram, a supermarket, Mc Donalds & a few restaurants right across the street.
Its about 45 min to an hour away from the Eifel Tower but you should enjoy the views and see the city by using public transportation.
This Hotel has a great variety on breakfast, a bar, soccer table, lounge and a gym.
I have to more bookings at this location.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at this hotel for only one night. We chose it for its location to the palace, only a 10 - 15 minute walk. We stayed in a superior room, which was jaw dropping when walking in. All the staff were really friendly and could not do enough for us to make our stay very enjoyable and we had no complaints about the hotel or the staff and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Versailles.

Very bad hotel in all services and rooms not clean as some bugs on beds so this not healthy place to stay I advise any body to not go there and I will not visit this hotel again as I can not sleep this night that I stayed there so if you search for good hotel not to go there as I see also stuff do not take action to solve problem

We booked this hotel for a stopover on our return home from south of France. After booking I looked at reviews here and thought they aren’t great but am sure things have improved since 2021…. They haven’t trust me! On arrival I commented that I hope the aircon is good as it was so warm to be told “oh it’s broken”, is there a fan in the room I asked … “no”. I asked to see the room to check how hot it was and told the receptionists I was hesitant about staying. They weren’t interested, I asked if there was a reduction in the room rate as aircon not available - no… when I pushed they said they might be able to give 10% and the more senior receptionist said if the room wasn’t suitable she might have another room to show me. First room was baking hot, when I asked about seeing second room I was told it was the same, on returning to reception with the receptionist she whispered something to her colleague behind her hand - very professional! More senior receptionist offered to refund breakfast, the 2 receptionists then spent 10 minutes trying to do this and having a good giggle at the same time and eventually said we can’t do it. The behaviour and attitude of the receptionists was very poor. We left and found another hotel a few miles down the road - still a Campanile but what a difference, staff were friendly and helpful and aircon worked. I do not in anyway recommend staying at the campanile Versailles Buc.

We booked this hotel to attend the 2024 Olympics at chateau de Versailles. The rooms were a reasonable size and were clean. The bathrooms were spacious and the water hot/cold as needed. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice with lots of variety and evening meal was very reasonably priced. Sunday evening is bbq night with a salad buffet. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Times were flexible and they allowed early check in/late check out without additional fees. Air conditioning wasn’t switched on as standard (to help environment) but we asked due to the heat and it was switched on with no additional payment. Board games are provided in a lounge are and this helped to entertain our son in the evenings. The only difficulty we experienced was getting to the train station that is nearby. My mum is a wheelchair user and we had to do some ‘off-roading’ to get there as it is not paved. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future.
