They should be really coming for this hotel!! The staff was so friendly - we were offered infused water and croissants upon arrival. Parking available gated and free. Clean rooms with a great design and a proper size. Now why am I so satisfied with this hotel ? The breakfast!! The atmosphere was awesome the quality of food great and there are so many different choices… loved it! Hope to come back soon :)

Réservation confirmée, mail de mise à disposition du logement, arrivée sur place 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Ont se présente à la réception et là la réceptionniste nous annonce que l'appartement n'est pas dispo. Elle nous propose 2 appartements sans communication et je lui dit, on fait comment avec nos enfants ? La réponse de la réceptionniste est, debrouiller sa ne me regarde pas. C'est pas mon problème... On commande une ”FERRARI ” et on vous livre une ”2 CV”. Un manque d'empathie monstrueux de cette personne. Comment faire avec 2 enfants, le soir à 19h00 ? Reprendre une nouvelle location... Mais bien sûr sans aucun geste commercial de leurs parts... Une signalisation de l'établis*****t sera déposée aux autorités compétentes en la matière. Franchement fuyez cette enseigne... Lamentable, à bannir...

Eh bien, nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet appartement, je le conseil vivement. Propreté, insonorisation, parking et je rajoute propreté car pour ma part c’est le principal critère que je recherche. Petit déjeuner amplement suffisant et très varié. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et n’hésite pas à prendre un peu de temps pour leur clientèle. Personnels aux petits soins avec leur clientèle. Le seul bémol c’est l’odeur des égouts mais d’après ce que j’ai remarqué c’est sur tout le site . Juste cette partie à améliorer le reste est TOP. Enfin un vrai 3 étoiles. Merci pour tout.

L'appartement avait la moquette sale, la vaisselle était collante, le lave vaisselle pas totalement vidé, beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles (pieds de table, et chaises, télé), il manquait de la vaisselle, appartement mal insonorisé : on entend le voisin qui met la télé, les talons de la personne de l'accueil, les fêtes étudiantes de la résidence étudiante voisine. On avait l'appartement en rez de jardin, sous le rez de chaussée . Un volet roulant aurait pu être installé pour plus de sécurité à ce niveau. l'aspirateur était plein, avec du moisi la résidence est pourtant assez neuve accueil correct sans plus on a signalé une ampoule grillée qui a été changée dans la journée: merci à l'agent de maintenance

Mon séjour à l'hôtel Maurepas était correct. La chambre était propre et confortable, mais la décoration un peu datée. Le personnel était aimable, mais le service aurait pu être plus rapide. Le petit déjeuner offrait une sélection basique et la qualité était moyenne. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience satisfaisante, mais il y a certainement des points à améliorer.

I was given a smoking room on the second floor despite the non-smoking preference. The room was spartan and the furniture was worn. There was rubbish under the washbasin, the pillows smelled of sweat and the mattress was sagging. The window looked directly onto a motorway. You had the choice between ventilation or traffic noise. The service staff was friendly and tried hard (No everyone was able to speak English). On the third day we got an alternative room on the fourth floor which was ok! Breakfast was good! The breakfast room was undersized for the number of hotel guests room for 20 people, but in the period 07-08.00 o'clock there were twice as many people in the room. Not so nice after 2 years of Corona...

KKelLy.KWe stayed only one night here to visit the Palace de Versailles. This hotel was no shortcoming for us in terms of location, service, facilities, amenities, etc. If I have to say one thing then the over-night parking fee was a bit expensive. There’s no doubt that this hotel would be the best choice in the area and of course I’d like to stay here when we visit Versailles again.

PPengguna TetamuSuper emplacement, au calme près du golf et pas loin de l'A13. le petit déjeuner 7H/9H en semaine 10h clôture le week-end à vous de trouver les ustensiles (plateaux, couverts en cherchant dans les placards. Interlocuteur à la réception le soir (Salah) tête dans ses papiers à peine aimable, nul, infect avec la clientèle, je lui demande s'il peux réactiver ma carte, car elle ne fonctionne pas, à peine un bonsoir, me prends ma carte et me la rends, pressé de continuer à reprendre sa lecture, 3 fois dans la semaine cela fait un peu beaucoup. J'y retourne pour faire activer le WIFI sur mon tél et ma tablette : ton peu amène pour l'explication.. envie de fuir tout simplement. Le comble : pour notre chambre en RDC la 025 : salle de douche, une vraie piscine, sèche cheveux HS, clim hors fonction, 2 radiateurs pour 1 prise de courant, rideaux qui pendouillent, aucun placard pour ranger les vêtements, et le comble : la literie, alors là c'est le summum : matelas, alèse de matelas, couette, oreillers sales, moisi, tâché de partout recto/verso. la femme de ménage adorable, à qui j'ai montré l'ampleur des dégâts, n'a pu me donner que 2 draps plats pour cacher le matelas. Le sommier on en parle pas. Saleté,mouchoirs et papiers trouvés entre le matelas et le sommier. pas d'autre solution pour cacher la misère, puisqu'elle ne disposait pas de couettes, oreillers, housses de couettes propres. Sans parler qu'elle refait les lits avec des draps plats et des taies d'oreillers qui soit disant propres, sont déjà tâchés.. je ne sais pas par quelle centrale de laverie le campanile donne ses draps à laver. En attendant il faudrait voir quand même à changer de temps en temps les matelas et chaque année, les oreillers et les couettes. j'ai tout pris en photos. C'est bien dommage que dans un si bel endroit, autant de délabrement et de laisser aller. aucun responsable à l'horizon, à l'accueil personne ne comprend vraiment le français. Je demande la veille au soir (repartant le lendemain matin pour 800kms pour rentrer chez moi) si on peux me mettre deux pains de glace plastique au congélateur, et je précise bien congélateur... et bien le lendemain matin au moment de partir on me donne mes 2 pains à mettre dans ma glacière .. ils sont juste froids ils sortent du frigo...La réceptionniste désolée pour cette erreur me propose de me faire une poche de glaçons.....Proposition déclinée. Nous avons payé bien cher pour 5 nuits (417 €) , et 4 petits déjeuner + taxe de séjour (64,90€) soit 481,90€. Pour 96,38€/nuit : on espère mieux. Vraiment dommage car près de tout dans un cadre verdoyant. Mais le personnel s'en fout et les prestations sont désastreuses. le seul sourire vu pendant les vendredi 10, samedi 11, lundi 13 ce fut celui de la jeune femme de ménage, dommage j'ai oublié son prénom. Je me faisais une joie de passer quelques jours dans un cadre si verdoyant, et suis très déçue de mon séjour. le seul point positif : dans la chambre : une bouilloire qui fonctionne avec sachets

PPengguna TetamuJ'ai dormi dans cet appart hôtel le 14 février 2023, avec mon fils de 8 ans. Très bien situé par rapport au château et assez fonctionnel. Cependant j'ai été très déçue et dégoutée de l'odeur dans la chambre.. Odeur de moisi, humidité ou égout, on ne sait pas trop.. Chambre 41 au 4ème étage à éviter. J'ai envoyé une réclamation par mail après avoir signalé ce problème à la réception, car la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas vraiment, certaines chaînes TV non plus.. Bref, 106 euros la nuit à respirer je ne sais quoi.. Une responsable m'a appelée suite à mon mail.. Me proposant.... Attention roulement de tambour... UNE BOÎTE DE CHOCOLATS EN DÉDOMMAGEMENT !! Ou une réduction sur une prochaine visite, alors que je suis sûre de ne pas y retourner.. Le pire étant que d'autres avis sont similaires au mien concernant les odeurs, aux mêmes dates et antérieurs... Pourtant la responsable m'a dit que le problème avait été réglé il y a quelques mois. Donc sachez que vous risquez de tomber dans une chambre où clairement ça sentira très mauvais.. Et qu'aucun dédommagement ne vous sera proposé à part du chocolat si vous réservez sur booking.. Une honte pour un endroit pareil !

PPengguna TetamuLocated at less than 500 metres walking from the entrance of the Palace of Versailles, and with a nice selection of restaurants just around the corner, this hotel could not be better located. In addition to its central location, the hotel is also in a quiet street. The room I stayed in was fairly small, but more than enough for my needs. The bathroom was well arranged, be it that the opening to get in and out of the shower was a bit on the narrow side. The bed was very comfortable and ideal for resting after a day long of exploring the Versailles gardens. The only thing ”missing” in the room was an air-conditioning system, but this was compensated by a sturdy ventilator fan. Breakfast was as expected and well stocked with a good selection of fruit juices. The cherry on top of the cake, however, is the staff. People at the reception were all very friendly and helpful and make their guests feel right at home. They even lent me a cable to charge my phone after I lost mine. I definitely recommend this lovely little hotel, and will stay there again the next time I visit Versailles.

FFranziscaI love this Hotel. Its my 3rd time staying here which, i think, speaks for itself.
If you don't mind public transportation, there are a lot of ways to move around and explore. There is also a shopping mall close by, 10min walk or 1 stop with the tram, a supermarket, Mc Donalds & a few restaurants right across the street.
Its about 45 min to an hour away from the Eifel Tower but you should enjoy the views and see the city by using public transportation.
This Hotel has a great variety on breakfast, a bar, soccer table, lounge and a gym.
I have to more bookings at this location.

PPengguna TetamuNous avons passé 2 jours dans cet hôtel avec mon épouse et notre fille de 10 ans afin de visiter le château de Versailles. Comptez 20 minutes en auto entre les 2 sites. L'arrivée a été difficile car il y a beaucoup de travaux dans le quartier. Waze nous a amené dans une rue bloquée où se trouve uniquement la sortie. Impossible d'atteindre l'entrée de ce côté. Nous avons dû faire le tour pour atteindre l'entrée. Je vous conseille de mettre Zayo France dans le GPS pour arriver du bon côté. L’accueil était très bien. De manière générale, le personnel est très gentil et souriant. Ils sont assez jeunes et manque parfois d’expérience mais ils sont agréables et polis. La chambre était correcte et propre. Le lit pour notre fille était préparé. Mais quelques défauts : - Pas de bouilloire pour faire chauffer l’eau alors qu’il y a des thés et cafés à disposition. - Le tuyau du pommeau de douche qui fuit (un classique dans les hôtels). - La climatisation bloquée en mode chaud. A 3 dans une chambre, il faisait chaud de la nuit. Le petit déjeuné est assez complet et avec pas mal de choix sans être exceptionnel. Nous n’avons pas testé le diner du soir vu les commentaires négatifs sur Internet. Mais la première nuit a été un cauchemar. Nos voisins de chambres ont fait la fête et du bruit jusque 4h du matin. On entendait tous ce qui se disait. Mur pas très insonorisé. On leur a demandé de diminuer le bruit sans succès. Le lendemain, on a prévenu le personnel qui étaient à l’écoute pour trouver une solution. Mais ça n’a pas été nécessaire car les voisins sont partis. Aucun problème la 2e nuit. La piscine de l’hôtel est très sympa. Nous en avons profité 3 fois et il n’y avait presque personne. Mais ATTENTION: les escaliers pour quitter la piscine sont très glissant. Mon épouse est tombée dans les escaliers et s’est fait très mal. Faire des escaliers en résine sans antidérapant dans un endroit moullé est stupide ! Conclusion : Avis très mitigé pour un Mercure. Il y a du travail pour améliorer la situation.
