南方人來丹東旅遊，原本預訂的街景大床房，辦理入住時給升級了12樓江景大床房，這景色太美了，鴨綠江斷橋就在眼前，酒店早餐也特別棒很豐富！大冷天前台美女帶我們夫妻兩人去斷橋還附送講解，特別感謝她！

I would like comment on my pleasant experience with hotel frontdesk staff Ms. Emma Zhao. She helped me this morning in the rush hours of sending some of locals delights to my relatives in southern china. Being a foreigner, i do not have any experience in sending stuff domestically. She patiently explained to me the various methods to do it. Her helpfulness and approachability has made my check out and couriering of my stuff out a breeze. It relieved my stress level as I had a high speed train to catch within an hour. Hotel staff are professional, location ideal short 5 minute walk. Easy access to main tourist attract, especially Broken Bridge. Highly recommended.

Pros: quite clean. The beds are pretty comfortable and they give spring water from Changbai mountain instead of filtered bottle water. You can oversee North Korea from the window. Cons: bathroom made me quite speechless. The fact that the shower and toilet are in the same space was less of an issue, but the set up is like a public shower in China and it's not the most comfortable place to get ready. Towels were clean but very old. Only one light in the room and the only switch is by the door. They need a bit of a renovation asap.

酒店位置非常好，到站前廣場走步也就十分八分鐘，而且是直道。再到斷橋，雖然二十幾分鍾，但是走路看江景也是很舒服的。酒店外圍雖然不起眼，但房間和餐廳都相當不錯，菜品也很豐盛，服務員從前台，到保潔，還有餐廳服務員都很好，有洗衣房和健身房，簡直太方便了，絕對對得起這個價格，下次去丹東還住這裏！👍👍👍

This hotel is perfect for those who, like us, were arriving & leaving by train, and wanted to be close to the river & the broken bridge, as it's around halfway between the two. The room itself was a little dated, but staff were friendly & the price was very reasonable for a last minute booking during the holidays.

酒店很好找，離機場也近，打車30多，或者機場有公共交通，偷懶沒等～ 雲上週邊交通便捷， 出門幾個公交站，走幾步就是鴨綠江，風景很好！沿江散步🚶🏻♀️，2站路到文化館，3戰路到斷橋，站站很近，覓食小吃步行到安東老街，沿途有🍓，🎆，海各類海鮮大餐！選擇多多，飽餐一頓後走走消食還感覺路太短了😃 房間暖氣很足，洗澡水一開即熱！住宿帶早餐，菜品不少，食材新鮮！餐廳乾淨，收拾的很快，每天一杯熱豆漿，暖暖胃～這幾天藍天白雲～很愜意 趕上過年來旅遊，打車不便，各個旅遊打卡點都能公共交通到達，虎山長城有專車來回於站前廣場。月亮島，抗美援朝紀念館，鴨綠江斷橋，丹東艦等，坐公交303、126……跟着導航上下車，不繞路不迷路😃，可惜沒趕上下雪，望着路上一堆堆臟冰🧊有點小遺憾～

The location is great and the price was reasonable for a 5 star hotel. However, there were some things that seemed lacking of a 5 star hotel. The CONS - Rooms come with heavy smoke smell and ashtray even if asking for non smoking, and it was open smoking in the lobby and even elevators. I would have loved a bathtub instead of only a shower. The breakfast was very good for the price (48 rmb) but didn't include juices and their attempt at adding bacon was horrific as it was a fake street sausage type of bacon that's bright red and inedible. There was brand-name water bottles and then there was the hotel water bottles in the room and there was a menu charging 2 rmb to heat up water. I am not sure how they would know or if this is to charge for the people who steal the tea and coffee. But I would expect to boil water for free. Also the gym closed at 19:00 and it seemed a bit early. The PROS - The beds were comfortable. The staff did their best to accommodate and even allowed picking up luggage later. The coffee shop inside had great coffee if you dont mind the smoke. The breakfast was a great value for 48 rmb. The location was great and convenient. The hotel was able to check us in to the room early with availability. The hot spring SPA was amazing as well since there was no pool but you need to be careful not to let them give you extra services (which are sub par) and just enjoy the hot water and sauna for free when you buy something.

The hotel was great value for money. The pool was great and the gym was very well equipped. It is located right next to the Wanda Plaza, so food and shopping was a quick walk away. Staff was friendly and could communicate in English. All and all very satisfied. We would use them again in the future.

位置：酒店地理位置優越，正對中朝鴨綠江大橋，吃飯距離口碑名店永盛駕車5min，距離丹東艦景區駕車4min，距離市區也僅有10km。停車位充足，對自駕遊客比較友好。 環境：環境設施都比較新，全屋智能。硬件條件在整個丹東來説首屈一指。落地窗外沿江景色十分怡人。前台視入住情況貼心的給升級了房型，體驗感拉滿。 服務：前台工作人員態度友好，對應得體，可以明顯感受到平日訓練有素，十分專業。對品牌形象的樹立起到了非常積極的作用，能在丹東這個小城達到這麼高的水平是沒有預想到的。 總結：家人對比之前酒店，本次入住非常滿意所以才有這個評論。丹東為數不多的幾家相對高端的酒店中這個酒店除了位置稍微遠離市區外，硬軟件及價格都是最具有性價比的。強烈推薦自駕遊客入住，非自駕遊客也可作為首日或尾日安排一日體驗。 丹東之行完美收官，期待下次之行。
