酒店位置還好，方便好走，去官鵝溝自駕遊玩很方便，門前是珉江，周邊有美食，有休閑廣場，房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，早餐有豆漿稀飯，雞蛋，花捲，四炒菜加鹹菜，還好，晚上安靜，店前小妹妹服務熱情服務，給我們升級了房間，聽説我們去官鵝溝玩還給我們多帶兩瓶水，很不錯，能為住客考慮，好開心的一次體驗。

第一次帶孩子到宕昌來旅遊，來到酒店正下大雨，酒店門口的服務生還是主動的幫忙拿行李，到前台辦手續的時候，向前台提出能不能安排樓層高一點的房間，前台説沒有了，衹有3樓的，那相當於就是最低樓層，酒店房間樓層是3-6樓。可桌面上明明放了一堆房卡，就向前台工作人員詢問，回答都訂了。行，拿着行李去房間，3樓過道房間一半還在裝修，推門進去剛好房間在酒店招牌後面，就看酒店幾個大字，後面下樓去找前台提出問題，要求換房間，就問這麼晚了，那麼幾十張房卡是誰訂的，又有房間了安排在6樓，6樓上估計沒住到一半。所以攜程上要註明此豪生非豪生品牌，真的品牌酒店衹要有好房間沒有訂出去，都會主動給客人安排在好的樓層好的位置，還有的會主動升級房間，就是要把好東西展現給大家，讓來店的顧客有最好的體驗，這種先把差的位置先推出去，典型的地攤營銷模式，第二天早餐工作人員自己酒店早餐政策都不懂，明明攜程上寫的1米2-1米5以下的小孩半價，結果收了我們全價，後面看攜程酒店規定找工作人員提出問題，最後説沒有看清楚是小孩，退了全價收半價，總的來説給人感覺酒店管理格局不大，管理層在給員工培訓灌輸酒店理念上還的多向大品牌學習。所以我給酒店的分應該還是很客觀，本來在其它硬件上做的很好，但軟件上沒有跟進拉低了評價分，有一説一，酒店位置和房間面積，包括早餐這些都還不錯，但服務人員的意識感覺在幫助酒店把好東西留到不拿出來，多點營收，其實是在降低顧客的體驗感，沒有滿意的感受那來的回頭客。
