The Best Western CBD Hotel in Dar es Salaam is highly recommended. The staff welcomed us kindly upon check-in and were very helpful in resolving any issues that followed. Located in the city center, it is convenient for meetings and is also suitable for taking the ferry to Zanzibar. It is good value for money and the meals are also decent.

Très propre. A proximité de tous les commerces et mention spéciale pour le personnel très accueillants et à votre disposition à chaque instant. Literie de qualité et chambre spacieuse. Seul problème le bruit de la climatisation...

The staff were very pleasant, helpful and always doing their best to make the guests comfortable. The rooms were very cozy and clean, with working TV, mini fridge and aircon. The toilets were very clean and sanitized and towels also smelled like they have been washed well. I liked that the hotel was in the middle of the city with close access to a variety of important places, restaurants and shopping. What i didn't like though was that there was a lot of noise around my room as cleaning staff were busy cleaning other rooms and making lots of noises and banging doors. Also i was in a non smoking room and i could smell smoke coming from other rooms. I asked for reception to change my room, which they did.

Honestly I have received the best service in RAMADA RESORT..! I would highly suggest anyone to go since it’s facilities are super great and highly cleaning😍😍..it’s location is dope with the besst ocean view🌊 …the beeeesstt in DARESALAAM🥰🥰🥰🥰

I spent one night in the Chelsea Hotel to do some sightseeing in Dar and it was very good for that purpose. The hotel was a little bit dated, but otherwise completely up to the standards which I expect from a hotel. It's located not far from the clock tower, which to my understanding pinpoints the centerpoint of the city. The actual sights I went to see started further away, about 20 minutes by foot. The room was adequate in size and had good aircon. I had a twin room. I first tried sleeping in the bed further away from the aircon, but the air blew directly there, so I had to move to the bed right under the aircon unit. The hotel was located close to a busy road and the honking of the cars could be heard up to the sixth floor. However it wasn't bad. The breakfast was ok. It didn't have a very wide selection, but the items I tried were tasty and of good quality. Also the setting in the restaurant was pleasant. The only negative I have to say is the extraorbitant exchange rate. I had paid my room rate in advance, but I had to pay the city tax (1.50 USD) at the hotel. I asked to pay in Tsh and had to pay 7000 Tsh, equivalent to about 3$. My loss was only 1.50$, so it wasn't a big deal in my case, but the principle left a bad taste in my mouth. If the room rate would have been 1.50$ higher but the city tax 3500 Tsh, I would have left as a happy customer. The hotel offered airport transfer for 42000 Tsh. It was quite pricy. The fixed price at the official taxi stand at the airport was 30000 Tsh. On the way back to the airport I used a rideshare app to get my transfer, it cost Tsh 12000.

My experience was good. I was looked after from the airport to the hotel. The reception was excellent. The meals, the friendliness of the staff, the cleaning were excellent. Just a situation of water running in the bathroom, in the room I was in, that almost caused a serious accident. But, the stay was great.

The hotel is comfortable and I definitely recommend. The rooms smell very nice and the staffs are supper nice and welcoming, A staff went all the way with me to the supermarket to help familiarize me with the area and so i dont get lost. The indian chef also made delicious spicy chicken biryani for me on my request☺️. The manager also made sure I was very comfortable. I would definitely be back

位置不錯，距離海邊走路十五分鐘，就算在CBD，服務人員都很熱情有禮貌，早餐挺不錯，頂樓的360度餐廳距離其他介紹還是有點落差，整體硬件就和國內快捷酒店差不多，第一天進門之後我都懷疑自己走錯了，很小的大堂，一個服務人員的前台，和國內的假日不要比。周圍酒店很多，去看了其他的才知道其他的還不如這個（旁邊有一家五星級的不要比，價格翻倍），

由於飛機晚點，抵達達市已經入夜，混沌中到了酒店，沒有想象中的豪華但也不失優雅，平台定的雙床估計是酒店爆滿，安排了大床+小床房lol，雖然兄弟幾個也不是很陌生，哈哈～ 辦理入住花費時間略長，房間算是乾淨，水及自助咖啡應有盡有；由於晚上開會到凌晨，睡了不到3個小時就起床，總歸早餐還是不錯的，安慰了下疲勞的胃，也算是一種補償。 整體感覺不錯，價格略高，但住宿體驗還OK，距離港口很近，早上我們趕船去桑島，酒店到碼頭也就5分鐘，還算方便的！
