The hotel nice and clean,about 30 min from the city centre.the breakfast had some varieties which was a great addition

The staff were very pleasant, helpful and always doing their best to make the guests comfortable. The rooms were very cozy and clean, with working TV, mini fridge and aircon. The toilets were very clean and sanitized and towels also smelled like they have been washed well. I liked that the hotel was in the middle of the city with close access to a variety of important places, restaurants and shopping. What i didn't like though was that there was a lot of noise around my room as cleaning staff were busy cleaning other rooms and making lots of noises and banging doors. Also i was in a non smoking room and i could smell smoke coming from other rooms. I asked for reception to change my room, which they did.

因為十年前家人來住過 十年後依然選擇這家酒店 各種服務還是不錯的 雖然裝修老款了一點 但能感受到年代的韻味 進酒店就安檢 包括服務都是非常成熟 住得很放心 一日三餐都是酒店吃 樂隊也增色很多 服務生都很懂客人 在海邊用餐 看着海水 聽着音樂 氛圍感非常好

Great location but I feel there is a lot required to improve the standards. I feel the rooms weren't that clean, cob webs everywwhere, dusty and rusty showers. There was no hot water in two of the rooms we booked and we were told that extra beds for our 4 and 5 year olds were chargeable yet when I made the booking, I specifically booked one family room. I further confirmed my booking requirements with an agent, Yahya whom we met when checking in but insisted that we pay for the extra beds. I feel we were short changed

Ini adalah nilai yang hebat untuk $, dan kakitangannya juga hebat. Terdapat pasar raya dan bank di bangunan yang sama, dan restoran yang bagus di sebelah. Ia berjalan kaki ke pantai. Pastikan anda mempunyai nombor telefon sekiranya anda menghadapi masalah mencarinya kerana nama tempat tidak disiarkan. Ia terletak di seberang jalan dari klinik IST dan berada di bangunan yang sama dengan Pasar Raya Kampung.

位置不錯，距離海邊走路十五分鐘，就算在CBD，服務人員都很熱情有禮貌，早餐挺不錯，頂樓的360度餐廳距離其他介紹還是有點落差，整體硬件就和國內快捷酒店差不多，第一天進門之後我都懷疑自己走錯了，很小的大堂，一個服務人員的前台，和國內的假日不要比。周圍酒店很多，去看了其他的才知道其他的還不如這個（旁邊有一家五星級的不要比，價格翻倍），

Although I have visited Dar es Salaam on many occasions this was my first stay at the Colosseum hotel in Oyster Bay which is very well placed for the peninsula. The room was very spacious and very reasonably priced. The staff were so friendly. Everyone of them was warm welcoming and helpful. Great facilities on site including a salon which we made full use of as well as the pool and gym. Very enjoyable stay and I will definitely be staying there again…very soon!

Sadly needs a huge shake up. It used to be good. Staff are very friendly and helpful which is typical for most places in Dar es Salaam. Sadly, however owns the Seacliff Court Apartments now has not invested in any upgrades. Furnishings are the same as 10 years ago. The bathroom towels certainly looked like they were at least 10 years old too. Self catering kitchens are missing so many items that we didn't bother to self-cater. The restaurant serving breakfast needs a serious shake up. Plates are chipped. Service is a hit and miss. (Friendly and helpful staff comment still applies but the staff have no training). The best was having a mouse in my apartment on 14/07/2022 which the maintenance staff wanted to kill before they removed it! I told them to remove it and release it elsewhere. It used to be a good place to stay for short business trips. Sadly no more
