Athina Beach Hotel

We are a family with 2 adults , one 5year old boy and one 3 year old girl.We booked a room to Athina beach hotel for 5 days . Here is our experience: First of all the semi-basement rooms are actually basement rooms. The first day the gave us a basement room at the end of the basement coridor that was full of humidity and the smell of the room was unbearable. We made our complains to the reception and they told us that they had no rooms available to change. They also didn't want to move us to an other nearby hotel. Here I want to mention that the same day , two young men checked in at the next room and had exactly the same problem with us. But for them , they found a room to a nearby hotel. After all my complains they told me that we will change room tomorrow and also 2 days after tomorrow because they didn't had a room for all our 5 days. The first room that we moved was perfect! We stayed there for two nights and then they told us that we have to move again to the basement again!!!! Of course I didn't accept this and I demanded to give us a room to the ground floor, or to the first floor or to keep the room we had. They didn't want to accept any of these solutions. Finally I had to make a complaint to Greek Tourism Organisation in order to find a solution. After my complain email (in about half an hour) the organization contacted me by saying that we can stay in the room we had until our checkout. Also I have to say that by the day we moved from the basement to the ground floor, no one came to clean or at least change out towels. 4 hole days with no cleaning!!!! The swimming pool was perfect! The breakfast too poor... I certainly will not come again

Hotel carino e molto ben posizionato e pulito. Le camere spaziose e piacevoli. Letti discretamente comodi e la colazione spettacolare. Bella la piscina anche se inutilizzata … con un mare così a due passi … personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Da consigliare!

Το προσωπικό και η καθαριότητα ήταν εξαιρετική. Πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσουν. Όμορφη τοποθεσια με πρόσβαση σε ομορφεσ παραλίες σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Φιλικοί οι χωριανοί και σουπερμάρκετ και φαρμακεία κοντά

Καθαρό δωμάτιο. Άλλαζαν τις πετσέτες κάθε μέρα κ είχαν κ πετσέτα πισίνας. Είχε μικρή κουζίνα μέσα σε ντουλάπι κ έπλεναν κ τα πιάτα!. Το δωμάτιο όμως δεν αέριζοταν τόσο καλά κ άμα έμενε πολύ κλειστό μύριζε λίγο. Αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση όμως ήταν πως υπήρχαν δωμάτια στο υπόγειο..... Διακοπές κ να κοιτάς ψηλά για να δεις τον ουρανό ☹️🙄. Το πρωινό τόσο όσο.... Η πισίνα μικρή αλλά καθαρή. Πολλές τέλειες κοντινές παραλίες
