Great Location, located by lower ferry, room in period setting in keeping with furnishings, quality bedding, Amazing is it gonna rain farm house cooked breakfast, Slig tha Slightly noisy in the late evenings, but earplugs are provided if required. This is the yellow stone.

Gorgeous hotel in an amazing location! The hotel is very close to the river front and although no direct river views from our bedroom, it is perfectly located! Dartmouth town is right on your doorstep! Very comfortable hotel with beautiful and extremely comfortable bedrooms (lots of good sleep!!). All the team were fantastic- really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty!! We had a brilliant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting the absolutely beautiful Dartmouth!

The rooms were very nice, well layed out. The staff were very nice to us. I went with my family of five and we had booked two different rooms for three nights. They gave us bottled water, tea bags, kettle and instant coffee to make in our rooms but you can get it for breakfast for free. Breakfast was very good and I loved the fresh fruits and the options. I highly recommend staying here it has a nice view of the harbour.

Me and my partner came here for an evening meal while staying in dartmouth, I did a lot of reviews for restaurants before hand we definitely picked right. Lovely food great service. starter and main where delicious, waiters where very good, nice atmosphere overall amazing place, would recommend.

Our room ( The Mountbatten ) was very well appointed, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. There is definitely noise from the pub and kitchen, but we just considered this part of the experience. The only negative I can list is that parking is a bit of a challenge. Having said that I would recommend it to a friend with ease.

We went here for our anniversary and the staff made our weekend really special. The restaurant’s food was excellent as was the inclusive breakfast. If you’re looking to explore the town then the location is spot on. The room was clean, nicely finished with a really comfy big bed. Great coffee too.

Out of this world stay in Dartmouth made perfect by the wonderful Bayards Cove Inn. Service from start to finish was faultless - we were treated to a surprise bedroom upgrade with free fizz for my 35th birthday which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was superb and the hot chocolate and brownie comes HIGHLY recommended. Amazing Dartmouth gin too. Dartmouth is a special place and Bayards really gives it that extra big holiday feel. We'll definitely be staying again! Miles and Steph

Staff very welcoming, friendly and attentive, stayed in the Beatty superior double, which is a lovely room on the front with a very comfortable bed. The food was fabulous both for breakfast and evening meal. Overall Bayards has a lovely feel and atmosphere and we will definitely be back for another stay!

Friendliest of staff, really helpful checkin & when we needed a super early breakfast Characterful room (We 2 stayed in Drake, some might find it a squeeze 2+2) other things are more spacious but we loved the charm Tastiest of food, we ate 2 very good evening meals during our stay. Would happily recommend & return. In winter parking wasn't a problem nearby.
