HORRIBLE. Very dirty. I spent 3 nights and they only limited themselves to stretching the sheets. The worst hotel I stayed at in China. The photos have nothing to do with reality. Not suitable for Western standards. Not recommended at all. As an example, the elevator was disgusting. It looks like a dirty motel on the road cheaper than a hotel.

There was a problem with the space capsule room. The air conditioner flooded the room, but staff didn’t say anything to me about it. It was too hot in the capsule not to use the air conditioner, and the ventilation into the small space was not good. The staff’s only solution was for me to move into the men’s dormitory, so I paid extra to move into a standard room. The standard room was nicely appointed, but not too clean with hair on the floor and urine on the toilet.

Everything was ok. The cleanliness was amazing. The position was very good, next to Datong Ancient City.

The room wasn't very clean as there was some dirt on the floor. There was a smal hole at the bottom of the shower room door, so when you are taking a shower, water was flowing out of the shower room.

I took the capsule option which is kinda high-tech funky - but I generally dislike capsules. My main issue with the hotel was the bathroom. There is one toilet with a shower but no curtain. There is no squeegee to clean up after and the toilet paper it did not get replenished without asking. The floor is super slippery so be careful going to the toilet. Other than that, it was reasonable value. 

The hotel was overall okay. It's located about 10 minutes by bike from the Ancient City, which was convenient. The room was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The only downside was that there was no window, but I was aware of that when I booked. The reception staff were friendly and helpful — they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out.

It's been a great time here. The location is far enough from the busy area, so we slept well every night and during the afternoon naps. Highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the location, so I extended my stay. The ladies at the reception were very sweet, despite the language barrier. Overall, it was great, but it could be cleaner.

The hostel/hotel was well marked which I appreciated. There was someone at reception 24/7 so I felt safe and well-taken care of. I was lucky that I was the only person in my 10 person dorm during my stay. The hostel was a 20-30 minute walk to the old city and a 15 minute drive from the south train station. It could get hot in the space capsules at night but otherwise, it was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

The staff were really sweet and kind, rooms were comfy and the place was very up to standard. Only issue was some things like the washer were broken, and the plug sockets were outdated.

It was a really nice place to stay for 1 night. Highly recommended!!

The accommodation is clean and comfortable, the location is perfect. The atmosphere is a bit dark.

The hotel has a very good location close to the ancient city, big space in the room, is very bright. Three things I want to underline: the double bed is very comfortable but the pillows are too high, the hot water in the shower was not running enough and the curtains do not hide the sun enough in the morning. However despite these things I would recommend this hotel.
