當晚臨時預訂的，沒想到還挺不錯，庭院設計的很漂亮，就是酒店沒有提供早餐，吃飯要走得比較遠，另外酒店的服務還有點落後，比如線下收取按金、升級房間補差價、停車費等等方面，表現得有點不方便，在前台需要花費很多時間溝通，其它都蠻好的。

設施非常新。衞生很乾凈。叔阿姨很熱情，跟自己家一樣。老兩口把小院子打掃的乾乾淨淨，出門進門都會問候，房間特別温馨，值得推薦，
但是呢，我們剛入住時跟我們説了白天后麪裝修，誰知道所謂的白天是早上7點吵到晚上，真的很吵，完全睡不着，晚上睡得晚，早上想多睡一哈呢，7點準時吵醒你，已經連續幾天了，真無語，/::@

Jjamtachaที่พักที่นี่ดีมาก ๆ 🤍🤍 ใครอยากมาเที่ยวภูเขาหิมะซีหลิง จองที่พักที่นี่เลย! อยู่ไม่ไกล เจ้าของห้องพักใจดีมาก ๆ แม้ว่าพวกเราจะเป็นคนไทยที่พูดจีนได้นิดหน่อย เจ้าของก็พยายามคุยกับเรา แนะนำ+ช่วยเรียกรถให้ด้วย พอเขารู้ว่าห้องเราแอร์ไม่ทำงาน เขาก็เปลี่ยนให้ใหม่เลยแบบไม่เสียเงิน ละคือซื้ออุปกรณ์ทำอาหารมาให้เรา พวกข้าวโอ๊ต สลัดไรงี้ให้เราใหม่เลยเพราะเราเป็นต่างชาติกลัวข้าวต้มไม่ถูกปาก 😭😭 นี่ได้ยินมาว่าเขาทำบะหมี่อร่อย พอไปเล่าให้ฟัง วันรุ่งขึ้นก็ได้กินบะหมี่เลย อร่อยมาก ๆๆๆ เป็นการมาเที่ยวที่มีความสุขมากกกก ไม่ใช่แค่ที่พักดี แต่คนยังดีอีกด้วย ทำให้ทริปมาจีนครั้งแรกของเราเป็นทริปที่น่าจดจำมาก 😻😻😻

We went climbing up to Taoist temples, snowy peaks, trecked up mountain creeks then chilled in the sulphuric hot springs. Excellent family service, the team really took care of my kid too, played with her while I was dealing with checking in and out etc. Great atmosphere, cool rooms, great hot springs. Also the locals come here which is a big seal of approval for me. Would definitely recommend and return to Arcadia

TTasya ZPerfect location, we could walk to the foot of Xiling Snow Mountain. However, the hotel still offer free car to pick and send to the mountain. We got a small room for 4 person, and then the management change our room to a bigger one for free. We were very happy and could relax for the night after playing with the snow. In the morning, we could see a thin layer of snow in front of the hotel and on the grass. It was a memorable experience 🥰

Location is far from train station and there's nothing much around the hotel. Nearest shopping street is located at DONGJIE STREET around 20 minutes walking distance.
Location in google map is wrong and hotel name also different from what advertised, and breakfast is very basic and not much choices.

PPengguna Tetamu我坐早上八點金沙地鐵站上車的直通旅遊大巴車到的，二小時到達温泉服務中心，走幾步路就到酒店大堂了。我帶着孩子，事比較多，一會要水，一會諮詢温泉池子，早餐時間等等，所有接觸到的工作人員態度都很好。經常還是主動提示。回城的時候發現還可以在高鐵站坐車，貼圖留個參考方案以後還去。開的温泉池子全泡了一遍，不論是想私密點全包圍環境的，還是趣味點的透明池子，還是硫磺乾濕桑拿療效型需求的，我和孩子都很滿意，物超所值。早餐也挺豐富的。

PPengguna TetamuDeep breath campground was a very good stay for us at Xiling snow mountain. The tents were well heated before we arrived and kept us warm all night. The staff were very helpful and supportive. The bathrooms were to be shared but they were clean and had hot water. We had a good time.

PPengguna Tetamu總的來説還可以，性價比高，但是就是時間沒選對，一直再下雨，導致也沒有去爬山，幸好旁邊有個景區可以轉轉。計劃3月中旬再來一趟，主要想帶孩子感受大自然，挖挖野菜和捏捏泥巴。

LlwkengClean and comfortable room for families with young kids. The heated floor is a plus point when travelling to a winter place. We were here for 2 nights on December and it was freezing cold. Thanks for the heated floor we stayed warm. The room is newly renovated with modern interior.
The hotel does not have much amenities other than what you get in the room. Food around the whole Xi Ling Snow Mountain is limited and they close early during winter time. Hence, do get your meal early.
Hotel service, I gave it a less rating as the staff are not really sure their role and hard to get a room call service at night.
Travelling here is quite smooth. We hired a private driver and took the cable car up to the snow mountain. There will be bus taking you to the ski resort area where then you will have a short walk to the hotel.
Overall a good stay and certainly recommended this hotel for families.

MMohd NazaruddinI had a wonderful experience, even though I had to find an alternative way to get the bus ticket to be here. It was a long day for me, but it was worth every penny. The winter view was absolutely stunning. I think it would be beneficial to offer a discount on the ticket for those staying in the hotel at the middle ground, as we had no choice but to use the ropeway to reach the hotel. It's unfair to pay the same price as those who are not staying. communication is a challenge but all good.

PPengguna TetamuSangat bagus dan murah. Ia mempunyai penghawa dingin, pemanas lantai, dan selimut elektrik Ia tidak akan berasa sejuk sama sekali. Apabila anda membuka tingkap, anda boleh melihat salji di atas gunung, yang sangat mudah untuk membawa bagasi. Ia mengambil masa beberapa minit untuk berjalan kaki ke pintu masuk tempat yang indah Walaupun lokasinya tidak di tempat yang betul, sikap perkhidmatan kedai sangat baik, makanannya lazat dan tidak mahal, dan ia berbaloi untuk wang. .
