If you have a disability or ay mobility issues at all this is not the hotel for you. There is no handicap parking at the hotel, just shared parking a few blocks away. There is a valet service, but they had gone for the day when I arrived. To add insult to injury, even after asking about handicap parking options, the room they gave me was at the very end of the hotel, which is a block long. The hotel itself is fine, but people with disabilities need to find other accommodations in Deadwood.

Y’all…….I can’t say enough about this place! It was beautiful…..so very clean……beds were amazingly comfortable…..the room was big enough to be comfortable in and the employees 😳 y’all, Heidi at the front desk knocked it out the park with customer service! She is a rockstar 🙌🏻 she helped us with everything we needed plus gave us great places to visit! She acted like we have been best friends for a very long time! Plus my little lady Bruni 😍 the woman who fixed our breakfast every morning. Y’all….if I could put her in my pocket and take her back to Alabama with me I would. So very precious and worked hard to bring us good hot food in a very clean environment! I give this place and there employees 20 stars out of 10!!!!!!! We will definitely be back if we find ourselves coming this way again!!!
