Hotel terbaik di Deauville

Let’s start with the positives…the rooms were well appointed. The hotel has a nice décor. The location is superb. There is an excellent convenience store/corner in the lobby with drinks, snacks and other amenities. The in-room amenities were very good. The lack of a dedicated drop-off/pick-up zone could be problematic if you aren’t lucky enough to find an open parking spot in front of the hotel. Our biggest disappointment was the very poorly designed and constructed stairs to the second floor of the family duplex room that we booked. The “stair tread” was far too shallow and the anti-slip stickers are not close enough to the edge to be fully functional. The problem with this room is that the showers are upstairs and there are two beds downstairs. So, there’s a lot of traffic going up and down. I fell one day so hard that I had three 20cm bruises on my back torso. I’m lucky that I didn’t do damage to my internal organs or break a rib. They were the worst bruises I’ve had in my adult life. The following day, my ten year-old daughter also slipped on these stairs and hurt herself. Every country and local jurisdiction has its own standards, but these stairs are really quite dangerous. Good luck trying to bring suitcases upstairs. We left ours downstairs and that severely limited the usefulness of that space. I reported the stair issue and while they listened empathetically and said they'd make a report, they didn't offer any type of effort to ease the pain, such as sending flowers, chocolates, or some other nice gesture. A better hotel would have done more than just ”make a report.” I would stay at this hotel again, but never in a Duplex Room.

Great location right by the marina and good access to local restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and attentive. Parking available at cost but small car park. Maybe worth booking in advance if that’s possible. Breakfast was good selection including on one day, a hot breakfast. All food regularly replenished. Rooms well equipped and good size with good air con. Slept well in comfortable bed. Thoroughly recommend.

Firstly, we found the staff to be pleasant however this is a very poor 3 star hotel. It needs modernisation. The location is not great if you are a tourist who wants to explore the local area of Deauville because you will need your car for this. However, if your business is horses then you are right in the middle of this farming industry.

Our stay in Normandy was wonderful. The rooms are spacious ( The rooms with sea view are especially splendid!), the building itself is very impressive, the halls are unusually large - the building breathes history and has elegant ambiance. Service was very good, with concierge, valet parking, room service. We also used steaming/ironing services for a large overnight order (for wedding party) and all was done well and on time. The location is perfect, close to the beach, the center and all the shops. Also nice addition is cute bicycles available to guests to explore the city. The only issue was when a group of friends all staying in the hotel came for a late night cocktail. First we were told there were no tables (when in fact there were), then when we finally got seated there was an argument with the waiters. Not a deal breaker but unpleasant experience for a 5 star hotel. Overall I would stay here again, 100%.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Très bon emplacement, proche de la gare et permet de se deplacer de Deauville à Trouville assez facilement. Je n'ai pas pu eu le temps de profiter de l'espace SPA, peut-être une prochaine fois.

Bon accueil à notre arrivée. L’immeuble est bien situé Non loin de la plage. Gros soucis de propreté dans le studio. Nous étions avec nos deux chats qui se sont glissés sous les deux lits Du coin nuit, à leur sortie ils étaient couvert de poussière. En sortant les deux tiroirs, nous avons constaté que c’était très sale. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter du balcon Qui n’avait pas été balayé, ainsi que le mobilier couvert de poussière. En faisant le lit, nous avons trouvé un drap plié mais tache. Le ménage n’avait pas été fait correctement sur le lavabo de la salle de bain. En passant le doigt autour, il était couvert de poussière. Un de nos deux chats a réussi à s’infiltrer derrière le meuble en bois sous le lavabo En le tirant pour essayer de récupérer l’animal nous avons constaté qu’il y avait également de la poussière. Le chat a réussi à se cacher sous la baignoire. Dans un premier temps je n’ai pas réussi à le dégager. J’ai alerté le réceptionniste qui est monté, et tout comme moi a pu voir que sous cette baignoire, il y avait un tas de gravats et morceaux de tuyau en plastique… au final, j’ai réussi à faire sortir le chat qu’il a fallu dépoussiérer. Nous sommes des clients réguliers de Pierre et vacances et c’est la première fois Que nous avons trouvé un manque d’hygiène aussi important.

The property is literally 6 minutes walking from the railway station and 10 minutes from the beach. All other places are in and around. The housekeeping staff is impeccable, the reception staff is helpful and friendly and you can leave your valuables without a doubt. Only thing missing is mini bar and a safe, but still this hotel is worth every penny.
