路過德格發現都不好停車，這家酒店停車很方便，專門有一個停車的院子，就選擇試一試訂了這家酒店，我們同行一起訂了兩間房，商家已經接單了顯示預定成功，過了一個小時商家致電來說我們訂的房型有一間沒有了需要加費用訂另外的房型，就覺得很不合理，沒有房型為什麼要接單，也不提前告知，還好攜程客服幫忙協調處理了，免費給我們升級了房間，到了服務態度也特別好，電腦配置也算不錯的，就是床睡着不太舒服，沒有休息好，可以改善一下。

特別表揚一下翁姆姑娘，服務熱情，特別有禮貌，入住時房間沒有瓶裝水，反映後很快送來。後來因為電視問題兩次麻煩她，始終保持微笑。 酒店停車場在2層，如果不是專業司機，建議聯繫美女老闆讓酒店經理幫忙開上去。 另外，有些房型窗户外是山，距離特別近，介意的慎選。

川西行住的最好的酒店，全體工作人員都熱情友好，喜歡大家。衞生打掃得非常乾淨，淋浴花灑水温很舒服水也超大，價格雖然比其他酒店貴一點但是物有所值。 缺點也説一下，淋浴間沒有密封好，洗完澡水會漫到外面的幹區，燈光控制沒設計好，不能在床頭摁滅所有燈源必須得下床去按，但瑕不掩瑜。特別是乾淨程度，跟川西其他酒店比起來太突出了。
