The staff was polite and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy. It was a spacious room with clean washroom.

No service, no bathroom utilities, unhygienic, stale water coming from the tap so you can not take bath. Terrible smell from room. Even basic amenity are not present, feel like we have cheated by make my trip

1. The stay and location was okay. 2. We booked our stay ***** with complimentary breakfast. 3. In the morning, we came to know by the reception that we can only order one parantha for each room (we have 2 rooms, 4 adults) only after when we raised this issue with mm t and having verbal dispute with the hotel management we got the decent breakfast served in our rooms. 4. Breakfast that we recieved, was what the management provided us instead of what we ordered. We had to leave for our destination at about 9 a. M. But just because of breakfast delay we left at 12 noon. *suggestion*
please talk to the hotel staff in advance to enquirer about breakfast services and the menu they are offering.
