Hotel staff welcomed us very warmly at the front desk. Rooms are very neat and clean with all amenities. Dinner Buffet at the Pano restaurant was very nice and they have very beautiful outdoor seating also. Service which was given by Mr Ashish and Mr Pawan at pano restaurant was amazing . They were just superb in terms of hospitality. Chef Mukesh prepared dish as per our expectation and taste was just mouth watering. Thank you fairfield for great service.

Sebelum menempah, saya melihat ramai orang mengatakan bahawa makanan di sini tidak sedap, dan saya sangat gementar. Apabila saya makan bufet sarapan pagi, saya dapati ia okey, tetapi tidak ada banyak jenis, tetapi kualitinya okey. Ia adalah kemudahan untuk mengadu. Tiada petak berasingan untuk tandas dan pancuran mandian. Adalah difahami bahawa reka bentuk itu tidak dipertimbangkan pada masa itu. Tetapi apa yang tidak dapat difahami ialah, tidak bolehkah kita menambah tirai mandi? Selepas mandi, bilik air terpercik dan bersepah. Kalau nak pergi tandas atau gosok gigi nanti, maaf, kena masuk.

A sudden plan to visit mussoorie for a 4 night vacay landed us on the serene and opulent environs of Claridges Nabha Residence - some 3odd kms ahead of mall road and accessible by a steep climb to reach the erstwhile residence hotel of Raja of Nabha. Managed by Claridges New Delhi under the able leadership of Devvrratt Singh Rathore their Resident Manager and Dilip Das their General Manager, out stay was something out a royalty experience. The rooms are recently refurbished and we were upgraded to a Claridges Room stocked with all what a 5 star deluxe hotel would have. Clean linen, comfortable bed, efficient service and most important the quality and taste of food served in-room and at the restaurant dining area marks as the hallmark of a super Royal extravaganza experience. Surrounded by woods and shaded sitout area outside each room with comfy sofas and chairs makes the rainy experience an never to forget as we spent hours sitting lazily staring at the falling rain and enjoying the tea coffee cookies and pakoras served each time. Hallmark of our stay at Claridges Nabha Residence can be labelled as comfortable regal satisfying and unique in all respects. We have no doubt to repeat the experience moment we need to break free for a holiday in mussoorie hills. For the uninitiated its in Barlowganj - another hill overlooking the mall road with other hotels like Jaypee Resorts too in its immediate vicinity. You need a car at your beck and call or avail the hourly feee drop and pickup from Mall Road.

The property is good, the terrace view was owsome. Cleanliness and hygiene was maintained everywhere. Good option to go for. Staff is polite and helpful. Absolutely fabulous hotel.staff Deepika and Anjali are very cooperative and polite. Night person is very kind. All staff is friendly. Recommended to all my friends.

I had stayed here for a night with my family. The hotel is located in the Pacific Mall, excellent location to be with the family. The staff were very friendly. Check in check out was prompt. I had stayed in valley facing room which had a excellent view overlooking the mountains. Very courteous staff. Special mention to Shubham , ashish at front office.

Make sure there is no wedding or function going otherwise restaurant will not be available. Rooms are okay type but view is beautiful and good

I have travelled to many hotels across India & abroad to various seasons. Comfort Inn has an impeccable service with very very professional staff and team who manages the operations on 11/10 basis. the +1 is for the exceptional service and ambiance.. very beautiful, tasteful and well managed. I happen to visit the hotel in rainy season.. whereas most of the hotels would smell damp somewhere or else.. this place has each and every corner dried and fresh smelling. Kudos to the staff who manage it so well. The lady Deepshikha at the reception has a wonderful service and very professional and well spoken person having very goof staff management skills. Deepak at the restaurant has served us happy and satisfied customers. Those travelling must try the food at the restaurant, which is freshly cooked to perfection with herbs and spices. Absolutely satisfied with everything, hygiene, food, stay, staff, experience.

Hotel was average. It is not exactly on rajpur road. You have to take a turn on a street. Sterling property generally is very good but this was average. Very limited car parking. Not so big spacious hotel. Assuming built up on some few hundreds of sq yard residential space. Don’t expect a luxury stay. Variety in breakfast was average too. We felt it had less staff at restaurant hence delayed service experienced. Washrooms were pretty small and if you take a bath the water will spill over around the entire toilet and bath. They will charge you good amount foe 3rd bed if you need for additional person but will not make arrangements read. There is a small sofa cum bed they have already in the room which is good for a kid but not an adult. So lot of disappointments. Hence i would rate it as 2. 5 star max.
